That feeling when you get to return to your own wedding venue again and again for your clients’ weddings! I’m so grateful to be on the preferred vendor list for , and to have the privilege to experience more love stories there year after year!! We already have three weddings booked there for 2025 💕

Tonight will be my hubby’s first time going back since our wedding day, as my handsome date for the Sanctuary Holiday Party ✨ I can’t wait for this special evening celebrating the beautiful year we’ve had! 🙏🫶🥹

Every dollar that comes in from planning weddings goes directly to supporting my little family. This year more than ever has been such a rollercoaster, with both my husband and I being fully on our own with our respective businesses (him with ), and two young babies to feed without a paycheck every two weeks.

One month of Mr & Mrs Davis 🫶

And I miss them SO much after being besties for two years! Just like brides and grooms often go through a “mourning period” post-wedding, I feel the same sometimes going from 💯 to zero with my sweet couples. It can really be a bummer, after spending so much time with them planning, reaching the peak of happiness on wedding day and making all the plans finally come to life, and then only getting to say a quick goodbye as they depart, sometimes even goodbye forever because life just gets too busy on both sides to meet up again 🥲

I do love to see all the wonderful things they go off to do in the years following their wedding, though 😝 Thank goodness for social media!

…I truly don’t know where I would be without Gab & Sydney! After more than a decade planning events and weddings throughout South Florida, I expect nothing short of perfection when it comes to delivering the ‘best day ever’ to my clients. I am so proud of these two gals, and how much knowledge they have absorbed, and the intuition they’ve developed after working dozens of weddings with me. I finally found my perfect coordinators that I can trust will have the same instincts as me when it comes to wedding days, which is no small feat!

My standard of service is high, and I know my team honors and respects this quality, and is just as dedicated as I am, ensuring each detail is perfect for our clients 💍 …and the best part is that they do it with the ultimate grace and a smile on their face, even after a 12+ hour day working on their feet!

When I tell you being a wedding planner is my passion, and is truly what fuels my soul, I mean it! sent me this picture from a wedding in March earlier this week, and part of me looks at this and thinks, “how crazy was I to coordinate a 13-hour wedding day on my feet when I was 9 months pregnant, and days away from having my second baby?!” 😆

But honestly, I couldn’t have imagined it any other way! My commitment to making your wedding dreams come to life is unmatched, no matter the circumstances. Even when I was feeling massively preggo and stressed about the upcoming birth of my daughter, I felt I needed to be there for my couple, and the only way I was not going to be there was if I was in a hospital bed giving birth…

And of course, selfishly, I love to see the end result of months, sometimes even years of planning! Witnessing you being your happiest, most relaxed self on your wedding day, and making all the little details come together for you is what makes me sincerely happy…So I guess maybe this whole rant makes me want to tell you, if you’re looking for a wedding planner, I hope you find someone who really cares about you and your best day ever, because that’s what you truly deserve 💕

Last night was surreal ✨ What started out as my once in a blue moon “Mom’s Night Out,” turned into a night I’ll never forget…some glittery shoes in the distance caught my eye, and of course I had to find out who this fun and stylish person was. I looked up and saw the face of none other than the most amazing wedding dress designer in the world, and one of my biggest idols in the wedding industry, ! 🤯🤯🥹🫶 I still cannot believe I met her!!!

I’ve always admired Hayley so much, as a fellow powerhouse businesswoman, and have followed her journey from the beginning…as a fresh new wedding dress designer blowing up and becoming THE label every bride wants to wear…to the heartbreaking announcement of losing her name, then following to support her with and , and now recently, FINALLY winning her name back in court. Each step of the way for this sweet and talented human, I’ve cried with sadness, solidarity, and now so much relief and happiness that she’s finally back to doing what she loves! I cannot wait to see her new wedding dress designs that come out. I know they will be truly special 🤩💕

Gotta love those First Dance ✨vibes✨

I always recommend my couples take a dance class or two with before the big day, so when they get out on the floor as newlyweds, they have a few moves in mind. This also lessens the jitters of having to dance in front of all your friends and family! Think of the dance lesson experience as a few fun date nights leading up to wedding day 💃🕺

Reminiscing about the cutest seat assignment display from Megan + Rico’s wedding earlier this year 💌 built this custom wall to house vintage Florida postcards with each guest’s name and table number, and my sweet couple took the time to write out a personalized note to their guests on the back of each card. I love when my clients incorporate creative details like this! It is so impactful…their guests were talking about this special touch for weeks following their big day 🤍
