Hi Facebook fam!👋🏻 we thought we’d update you on our ESR fam! Both of our event coordinators welcomed babies this past year. Kelsea had a baby girl last Spring and Lindsey had twin girls last Fall. Our family is loving this season of life! But don’t worry our team (plus three little cowgirls) is still here to help with all your event planning needs! Enchanted Springs Ranch is a special event venue in Boerne, TX. The schedule at Enchanted Springs Ranch includes corporate events, weddings, seasonal festivals, and more.

This position is a part-time job that requires a self-motivated individual that can manage their time as well as meet the demands of a physical job around a fully working ranch. Primary job duties include the setup and breakdown of events as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the ranch. Additional tasks and special projects will also come up over the course of the job.

The job maintains flexible hours with a flexible schedule. The employee will typically be given a task list with a due date and is expected to complete all tasks on time. While there is oversight, it is expected that the employee will manage their time accordingly and honestly.

Job Responsibilities
Event Setup and Breakdown
This includes cleaning the venue, moving tables and chairs, moving inventory of beverages, and more. A full task list will be given to the employee so that a clear list of what needs to be done will be communicated.
Exterior Venue Maintenance
This includes cleaning the exterior of the town, including cleaning debris, mowing grass, blowing leaves, and more.

Job Details
Flexible hours with a flexible schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week.
Suggested Schedule:
Monday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (7)
Wednesday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (7)
Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (6)
If the employee would like to work fewer hours, the minimum can be less.
Pay is $15.00/Hour

Reliable transportation
