Elegant Addressing offers 100% Service. Most of my clients are referrals from family, friends, bridal consultants or your invitation source. If not, I have great previous client references. Once you send or bring your invitations to me... this is literally one thing you can check off your wedding to do list. Visit www.elegantaddressing.com for more samples & font choices. Machine addressing is $1.
00 per invitation with free VIP service (This includes guest addressing of your outer & inner envelopes, invitation assembly, RSVP numbering, stuffing, stamping, sealing and mailing with hand canceling at the post office) You provide postage. It's .75 per invitation if you only have an outer envelope. I need 2-3 days per 100 for completion, 5 extra envelopes per 100. Most color and font matching available. 100's of fonts to choose from. If you see a design or font you like online I will do my best to duplicate it. With machine addressing you can also receive a 10% addressing discount if your guest list is submitted in a word document. (See guest list example below) I can add your return address when addressing your outer envelope for free. If you need additional return addresses printed, for example on RSVP envelopes, it's $20 per 100 pieces. Once you receive your invitations bring or ship them to me along with the required postage (take a full invitation to your local post office for weighing) most invitations require a 2 oz. stamp for the outer envelope and a 1 oz. stamp for your RSVP envelope. If your post office doesn't have the stamp you want, purchase them online at www.usps.com
Another option is drop shipping your invitations from the invite company and stamps directly to me. This saves on additional shipping costs, like from the invitation company to you then from you to me… that’s double the shipping costs. (I would only do this if you have seen or approved a proof). I request that you email your guest list in a word or excel document prior to drop off or shipping so I can review and ask any questions. You can make additions or changes to your guest list as you receive them and up to the evening before the chosen mailing date. (For etiquette questions & guest list examples, See Below)
Choose your mailing date. Invitations should be mailed at least 6 weeks prior to the event. For spring, summer or holiday weddings mail 8 weeks prior to the event. Remember to include my time requirements in your time frame for drop off or shipping. (For example: if your wedding is on July 1st and you are mailing out 100 invitations. I would need them by April 24th. This is 9 weeks prior to your event, which allows the 8 weeks prior to your wedding mailing time and my 1 week addressing time for a May 1st mailing day.) On mailing day you will receive visual confirmation via email or text of your completed invitations being mailed from the post office. There are several pictures of exactly what is sent to my clients here on my page. After completion, I will wait a few days to insure there are no invitations returned. Any addressing mistakes made by me will be fixed and re-mailed at my expense. Invitations returned due to an incorrect guest address can be fixed (if you wish) and at your expense. ***Be Assured*** all invitations are checked for spelling at least 3 times before they go out. Plus if anything on your guest list is missing or just looks wrong, I double check it myself using www.usps.com I will return ALL remaining pieces, unless instructed otherwise. If you think you may have additions to your list, I can retain a few if you like. You can pay by check or PayPal ([email protected]). If you are shipping your invitations, I am happy to send you an order form with full instructions. Please include the order form in your package. I require a payment for 1/2 of requested services up front when shipping, by check or PayPal. You are responsible for return shipping costs of remaining pieces. GUEST LISTS should include basic addressing information and inner envelope information, if you have an inner envelope. If your excel list has additional columns for personal use like gifts or replies that is fine. My Preferred Word format is shown below, Excel would include the same just in columns. If your guest list isn’t perfect or doesn’t look exactly like the example, don’t worry. I always use proper wedding etiquette. William David Green
