Small catering and meal prep service specializing in Soul Food and American comfort food. Currently offering meal prep. Here's how it works:

Menus change rotate and are generally sent/posted on Sundays with the first pickup
available on Tuesday evening and the last pickup on Friday.

2. There is a minimum order of 3 total meals.

3. All orders should be placed at least one day in advance.

4. These meals will be cold at pickup, they need to be heated and served.

5. For now, all meals are priced at $10.

6. Due to popular demand, I wi

ll now occasionally offer desserts, those prices will be listed weekly.

7. I am able to customize menus for various dietary needs. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, keto, heart conscious, whatever it is we can discuss it just send me a message. Just know that the price will likely fluctuate.

8. Payment is due in full, in advance via Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Credit Card.

Soup season!

Coconut curry salmon chowder 😋

Salmon, potatoes, bacon, and corn. Warm, comforting, and most imprudent flavorful. I like it as is but over white rice wouldn't hurt. ❤️❤️ I wonder if my meal prep group would like this 🤔

Last minute addition to the calendar! Come find me this Sunday at 303 Haywood Rd from 10-2. There will be trick or treating for the kids so bring treat bags/buckets.

The entrance to the market is in between Papas & Beer and a small strip mall. From Haywood Rd follow the road all the way to the back into a parking lot. That's where you'll find me with my oldest son, Jace and his best friend Joss! Come help me give them a taste of entrepreneurship!
