We got our humble start in Boise doing pop-up barbecue Fridays at Indian Lakes golf course. We lived across the street! It was the best time and we were able to meet so many wonderful people, many of which became close friends.

Sallie’s besties from Vegas just happened to be in town when we were catering a graduation party, so they jumped right in 😊

I think it’s time to light the fire 🔥 again and start having some good times. I miss everything about it, even the long nights 😬😴. What I miss most is the interaction with those taking the time and making the effort to support us and enjoy our food. Many friends have been made due to this labor of love and I would like to continue that tradition, re-connecting with old friends and making new ones! Stay tuned for future updates as we come up with a plan on how to move forward (mainly, where to sell from?!?!) Please feel free to comment or say hi! See you soon!

Time for our annual season opener in 2 days at Treefort Music Fest 2019! We will be cooking pork and tri-tip on 12th and Main Thursday through Sunday! Come see us! 2019 is going to be a great year.

Getting set up at the 34th Street Market, almost have our little corner by the river ready. Will be slinging tritip, chicken, and ribs tomorrow from 12-6 or until sellout. Ribs should be ready around 2pm. 34th and Carr, where 34th hits the Greenbelt. See ya!

Pork parfait bowls today at the river! Taking the trailer down to 34th and Carr at 4pm. Site of the upcoming 34th Street Market. Serving a Treefort favorite along with some Chicken drums with Alabama style white sauce. Might even sneak in some of these pork belly burnt ends as well. Have a great Saturday!

After a long hiatus we have decided to start back up with our weekly barbecue service. No longer at Indian Lakes Golf Course, you will find our location adjacent to the Greenbelt, on the south side of the river, where 34th dead ends on the path. Great spot. NE corner of 34th and Carr, part of the new 34th Street Market. Starting with Saturdays, most likely Fridays as well. Stay tuned for details and menu options. Nice to be back.

Happy Wednesday! We will be at Payette Brewing this Saturday, July 15th, at 5pm for dinner service. There was great feeback on new items last time so will be doing pork, pit beef, and white drums (chicken drumsticks with Alabama style white sauce) again for sure...might throw in some special items as well.
