And that’s a wrap! We recently finished our last leg of a 5 stop roadshow for HP in Dallas, TX at the AT&T Stadium. The venue itself was a great draw for attendees.

Being able to draw creative layouts and find unique ways to showcase product is one TMNs favorite things to do. We want to make the best experience for your attendees.

We were able to utilize club level space and the food hall that overlooked the inside of the stadium for both our General Session and Solutions Showcase. This created a one-of-a-kind experience.

After this two-day event, there was a reception on the Miller Lite Field where attendees got to meet, Hall of Fame All Star player, Randy White, participate in on-field activities, and network amongst themselves.

We utilized only our TMN staff to set up, execute and tear down the full event and we enjoyed every second of it!

From the beaches to the pier, jet skis and sunset cruises, TMN Events hosted an inaugural incentive trip to Key West, Florida last month.

The three day, three night incentive trip featured an opening dinner on the sand and a short Key West history lesson from Dr. Cori Convertito, curator for the Key West Art & Historical Society.

In the days that followed, guests were treated to a motivational and team building session by STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) advocate and artist, Patcasso! Then it was time for activities, some fun on Duval street and a final awards recognition dinner back at the Casa Marina hotel.

TMN Events is a full-service corporate event team specializing in sales & marketing meetings, roadshows & trade shows, incentives, annual conferences, new product introductions and more.

Whatever your event, we can help develop a theme, build the criteria for incentives, implement new meeting technologies, and leverage our relationships to provide your attendees the perfect experience. We can handle all the details so you can focus on being present.

On the daily we….

• Schedule routine meetings with vendors and pre-planning calls with clients to capture all updates and changes
• Prepare and submit contracts, rooming lists, and banquet event orders to hotels
• Work alongside our clients to meet budget needs
• Design event themes and create correlating name badges, agenda, signage, and other pertinent information for on-site needs
• Manage website build and attendee registrations

We recently took a site visit to the Montage Palmetto Bluff. The drive to the resort takes guests through pristine remote forested acreage where the Montage sits on 20,000 acres along the May River in South Carolina’s Lowcountry. This resort is nestled between Hilton Head Island, SC and Savannah, GA and provides several outdoor amenities and activities such as:

- Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course
- Palmetto Bluff Shooting Club
- Freshwater and saltwater fishing
- Kayaking
- Stand up paddleboarding

For those who enjoy indulging in self-care while on the road can immerse themselves in the Signature Spa Montage at Palmetto Bluff which spans 13,000 sq. ft. and offers services spanning from manicures and pedicures to facials and massages.

Alongside having eight distinctive dining experiences, the property boasts several unique meeting and function spaces both within the confines of the resort proper and adjacent acreage. Groups can gather riverside at Moreland Landing, enjoy an evening on Sunrise Lawn, or stay indoors and experience eloquently southern styled spaces such as the Oak Ballroom and Canoe Club. If a group is feeling adventurous, a short boat ride can be taken to the town of Bluffton for a history and food tour.

In 2023 our team decided to choose an entity within our community to give back to. On December 21st our President, Scott Winegar presented a check on behalf of TMN Events for $2,500 to support the Faces of Hope Victim Center.

Faces of Hope Foundation’s mission is to reduce victimization with a safety net of crisis services.
