Citrus-Dressed Mango Crudo 🥭🐟
Clean, bright, and balanced — this summer dish layers fresh ahi tuna with sweet mango, crisp veg, and citrus.
Ingredients:
• 6 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, diced
• 1 ripe mango, diced
• 1 mini cucumber, diced
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup heirloom tomatoes, chopped
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Juice + zest of 2 limes
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• Sea salt, to taste
To make:
1. Toss tuna with onion, cucumber, tomato, mango, and citrus juice/zest.
2. Add cilantro and salt to taste and mix gently.
3. Chill for 15 mins before serving or place on a bed of ice.
No heat. Just fresh ingredients + clean flavor.
