I wasn't happy with the port matching when I bolted on the intake manifold for the Tilly carb on this limited mod engine after break in. So I pulled the head back off and did some clean up. Tiny bit more to go and it will be right. It's the little things that matter.

Some of these little generators have to be completely torn apart just to get the carb off. On this until the case has to be split, the fuel tank has to come out. Then you can access the carb. Good times!

2yr old limited mod engine. 20+ races. 6% leak down out the breathers. Not bad for as many laps as it has on it.

Custom valve reliefs on a 440cc big block piston for proper clearance.

We open up the drain hole between the lifters on all of our race engines.. This allows oil to drain back down into the block much easier. Also allows any excess case pressure to vent up into the valve cover area.

Engine swap on an air compressor. Got rid of the worn out gx390 ($1037.00 new) and put on a 420cc Predator. Happy customer!
