We have some awesome Cold Weather Features this week!
🇨🇦Poutine: A Canadian Favorite - our take on Poutine uses Grilled Halloumi as the cheese (as opposed to cheese curds), Rosemary Gravy, Smoked Pulled Pork, and shoestring Fries. We top our poutine with a little cotija and fresh ground pepper to add a little kick 👍
🍤 Seafood Pasta: A wonderful creamy Pasta! We use Shrimp and Lobster Shells in the creamy broth, as well as a touch of cayenne, white wine and Lemon. Combine that broth with Fresh fettuccine, cherry tomatoes, fresh Parsley and Parmesan 👌👌
🍔Cheeseburger - Who doesn’t like a good burger?! I like to cook it with shaved white onion - not necessarily smashburger - add classic American cheese and all the fixings YUM!
🥣Creamy Tomato Soup - Jake’s the Maestro of Soup Making - balanced and Creamy this soup is offered as a substitute for chips on sandwiches or by itself - served with grilled Ciabatta.
🥜Peanut Butter Pie - Peanut butter mousse in Oreo Cookie Crust Topped with Ganache, chopped pralines and black berry. If you are partial for rich chocolaty desserts - this is right up your alley!
Another Great Addition to our menu this week is ! A great (healthier) drink option with lunch. We are featuring the Blackberry Fig and Pink Grapefruit Sea Salt (my personal favs 😉)
The SPARROW will have Morning fires in the fire place 7-10 each morning - come grab a coffee from Form and Function and have breakfast by the fire 🪵🔥
