If you haven’t heard, Tilly’s days of hauling around ranch horses are over. She now lives the leisurely life of crashing weddings and events throughout the beautiful state of Idaho. On Call Errand Runners

Looking for something different? Do you want to work in a fun and unique environment where you will be doing something new everyday? We are seeking errand runners to join our team! As an errand runner you will be performing tasks for ICC's clients that are unable to perform tasks themselves because of a busy schedule. Your responsibilities in this position will vary day by day, as this is on-call position that requires various duties and client requests.

What's it All About?

You will be on call Monday-Friday 9-5. There will be no set obligation as we will have a team of 10 on call at all times. We do however, expect that you respond and complete at least 50% of our on-call errand requests each week. If you do not answer and complete errands it will result in the loss of your position. We can't guarantee a certain amount of hours each week so this is definitely a position for someone who works from home, or has some extra time and wants to make a little extra money.

Services to be provided are included but not limited to the following: personal errand running services; arrange auto maintenance, arrange auto washing and detailing, grocery pickup and delivery, gift basket and card delivery, post office pickup and drop-offs, store pick ups, exchanges and returns, event setup and assistance, prescription pickups, pick up and drop off dry cleaning, etc.

Responsibilities:

Complete all client requests and services with the highest level of professionalism
Communicate ongoing request status and verify completion with team
Communicate via Slack software
Maintain an extremely professional manner at all times whether with client, vendors or team
You will be responsible for personal belongings at times; must be extremely reliable and responsible

​Qualifications:

Strong communication skills
3+ in hospitality or other related fields
Professional and efficient demeanor
Reliable and responsible
Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Experience or willingness to learn Slack software
Conditions of Employment

Where You'll Be Working

We are looking for employees near 10th Avenue and I-84 in Caldwell, Idaho.
