This is me 😊 everything you see at the venue is mostly just me and my big ideas but that's okay because after my 9 to 5 job I'm out here making it happen! Small businesses are usually just 1 person behind the curtain and we usually use the words "We" "Us" "Ours" but i promise 98% of the time it"s just the owner making business owning look easy when it's a never ending circle of working after you get off work and clocking in after you clock out. No crews, no employees, just figuring it out as we go! But I can add fence buildings to my list of trades I've learned 😊 ❤️

**Although not possible for all 💔** I seen the cutest wedding tip today.....Have you thought of maybe not asking your MH & BM and having your grandparents as your witnesses on your marriage license 🥰 🖊 the pictures alone are priceless let alone it's a government document that will always be on record for your kids/grandkids/great grand kids to see !

Q&A 's😊🤩 & R = Recommended

Q: Does the venue supply dinner plates / flateware?
A: No. The Venue supplies "charger plates" which are decorative only and not used for food and 1 stemmed tea glass per guest seat.
R: For clients to buy clear plastic disposable plates/cups/flatware for guest along with salad/dessert plates and extra forks for dessert if serving cake ❤️

Q: When can I set my rehearsal date & time and how long is it?
A: 4 weeks out is the soonest you can book your 1 hour rehearsal date & time - please be aware of venues already booked dates and unless you book the day prior to your date for $500-800 additional that your rehearsal may have to fall 2 or 3 days prior to your wedding.
R: Book at 4 weeks prior , feel free to reach out and if needing more then 1 hour just a $35/hr additional (if available)

Q: Does the venue come with a coordinator/DJ/Catering/photobooth/photography/Bar service?
A: No. Venue does not supply any wedding vendors. We are open to any and all vendors and we do have a vendors list to choose your needed vendors from if needing recommendations.
R: To vet Coordinators/DJ/Bar service/photographers/photobooth as they play an important roll in making your day run smoothly.

Q: Where is the best place for sunset pictures?
A: The south side of the building is a beautiful field and lines up perfectly for the sunset all year round!
R: Take sunset pictures following your cutting of the cake. To keep your guest busy well you are both out of the building

Q: Do we have to clean up
A: If set up and take down service has not been purchased. Yes. If service has been purchased. No.
R: If not purchasing the set up and take down service. Have 3- 4 people ready to help at the end of the night.. follow clean up I structions in 3 ring binder behind the bar.

Q: Does the venue supply serving utensils for dinner.
A: No. Ask your catering as they usually provide disposable serving spoons etc... venue does supply drink dispensers/cake stands/cupcake stands/cake cutting utensils.
R: double check all details with food with catering
Delivery time? who's setting it up? What all utensils come with it? Are they serving? Is it self serve? Delivery included or is it pick up?
*Not having catering?*- NO crock pots for any event (chocolate fountains okayed) only flame heated trays. -ask for more details if needed.

Q: Can we serve alcohol?
A: liquor requires licensed Bar tender
R: Check our vendors list or serve Beer & Wine only

Q: How long do we have the venue for?
A: 8am to 11pm + 1hr rehearsal

Q: Can I have just a reception and not a ceremony? And does the price change for that?
A: You are welcome to book for just a reception price does not alter for Saturdays, for Sunday-Friday's the price would drop by $350 and the time frame would drop to 6 hours. Also the bride and Groom rooms would then be an additional cost to use $65/each room.

More info on hour rentals ⬇️

-35/hr we do require a 4 hour minimum
-Why? To allow time for set up & take down.
We ran into clients booking and paying for 1 or 2 hours and then expected to get into the building hour or hours earlier or were not finished and cleaned up by the end of their time frame.
-For smaller events it's perfectly typical for us to book 2 or 3 events in a day!
-Just like your local doctor or dentist we try to keep our hours booked! ❤️
-We are a business like every other and our bills and employees are paid with the money we make😊
-Doors are unlocked at your paid time frame and locked at the end of your time frame.

-Rental does include all needed tables and chairs
-Rental does not include Bride& Groom rooms they are an additional $75/each to have access for your small event.
-tablecloths & decor is not included however ask about our pricing as an add in service!
-set up and take down of chairs & tables not included, ask about pricing as an add on service !
-white castle bounce house not included ..$150 additional cost

1) Curtain/drape off the top half of the venue
3) Re-painting all floors in Bridal room/grooms room/restrooms/reception area / kitchen
4) 🤞On putting up the horizontal fence in front of the building
