But on the sentimental side of this- WHOA! I am overwhelmed in the best way for how much has accomplished is just one QUICK year. How much support my friends, community, and fellow vendors have shown us. And most importantly, our clients, 2024 and our 2025 clients, &Beyond would not exist without you. •your planner is the one already setting up these items so they know exactly what to expect
•there would be no mix up on orders since we only rent out to our clients and never have more than one a day

With the tragedy and devastation we are all experiencing in our community- we have decided to put communication to all current clients for 2025 on hold until our feet are back on the ground. Like so many of us, we have personally taken some losses and need some time to recoup.

We are still accepting new clients for 2025 but just know if you inquire you most likely will not get a response for a long period of time.

CURRENT 2024 CLIENTS:
We will be in communication by the end of this week.

We hope to start communication back in the next couple of weeks but will update you the best we can

Appreciation post to the one who I couldn’t have made &Beyond Events possible without. I am more than grateful for the 10+ years of friendship with this super woman who is basically the other half of my brain. The one who keeps my anxiety and I sane, and a badass mother to the cutest lil girl, Liza, and just all around the most hardworking woman I know. Love you so stinkin much Brandi, thank you for everything you do for me and the company 💛 we wouldn’t have made it this far without you by my side.

You pick the date and location of your choice! No where is too far :)

You just cover our travel expenses:
• round trip flight for only one of us (I have flight perks)
• 1 hotel room for 2-3 nights (we share)
• 1 rental car for entire stay (we do everything together)
• price of flowers (Trader Joe’s is our go to when traveling)

We cover:
• entire weekend planned (from day before - day of - your celebration after) from
• photo coverage from
• emergency bridal kit
• research on permits for the location of your choice
• personalized bouquet and boutonnière
• custom announcements made to send to your friends and family
• (more fine details explaining how much more we are involved sent once we have our first on boarding call!)

We don’t only do events related to weddings! We helped with a celebration of life event for a family that lost a loved one. They all live different states and many states away making it difficult to know where to begin with planning this. Along with the sensitivity of the type of event, we were here to take any stress off their shoulders.

How we helped with the day:
• Had weekly catch up meetings (5 weeks out- the start of when they booked us)
•was the point of contact for all vendors
•locked in a catering order from (who were so easy to work with and were kind enough to let us make a large order on such short notice)
•helped with a reservation at so they could decompress after together
•Came up with a back up rain plan (thank you venture for your willingness to consider a last minute large event reservation with only a couple days notice)
• Put together a rental order for tables and chairs with a tent
• Had our in house DJ provide a projector and screen for a slideshow with photos of Susan to be showing through our, and a speaker for music in the background, and a microphone for them to share kind words and memories of Susan together.
• Created a grocery list for beverages, ice, cups, utensils, etc.
• Provided 3 large coolers so they didn’t have to purchase any since they are not local anymore)
•Collected all of these items the morning of
•Set up everything listed
• Had emergency kit for any and all things you could think of
•Let them celebrate while making sure the food and drinks were replenished as the day went on
• Cleaned up and packed up all items and made sure they didn’t have to do any of that (even they kept insisting on helping bc they are such amazing humans)

When we did our first styled shoot with Jade we knew immediately she had to be a part of our team. She executed our exact vision and did it gracefully. Even though we were working, we still had so much fun together. Her communication with clients makes it a walk in the park.
