A regal, sultry masterpiece fit for the queen of the night! ✨

We brought the Renaissance vibe to life by incorporating branches and foil paper, layered with rich textures and a bold black, white, and silver palette for a truly unforgettable experience.

A Renaissance Experience Like No Other ✨🖤
For this design, I chose a bold mix of metallics and matte black to create a stunning, immersive experience. The jaw-dropping stage backdrop was layered to perfection, perfectly on trend with this year’s drapery movement, while the metallic-sprayed florals gave it that unmistakable Beyoncé energy. The balloons cascading from the ceiling were a statement on their own, while the custom black and silver triangle dance floor kept guests dancing all night.
The black furniture set the tone for pure elegance, and the bespoke metallic logo in our photo op area was everything! As the lighting bounced off the four-tier cake fit for a queen, the entire room transformed into a true Renaissance masterpiece.

Let’s talk about tariffs and how they affect YOUR event! 🚨💰

A tariff is a tax the U.S. government places on imported goods. Many of the rentals, materials, and flowers we use for events come from Mexico, Colombia, China, and other countries. With recent changes to U.S. tariff laws, the cost of importing these items is rising by 10%-25%—and unfortunately, that cost trickles down to businesses and clients.

What Does This Mean for You?

If you paid X amount for your event last year, expect to add 10%-25% more in the next 6-9 months. Why?

✔️ Vendors pay more for materials – Everything from florals, fruits, vegentables, to specialty furniture rentals is increasing in cost.

✔️ Shipping costs are rising – Getting products into the U.S. is becoming more expensive.

✔️ Suppliers are adjusting prices – To cover their own higher costs, they pass them down to event designers, planners, and producers—which then affects client pricing.

How to Avoid Higher Costs?

✔️ Book your event and secure your vendors NOW – Lock in current pricing before increases take effect.

✔️ Plan ahead – Last-minute bookings may be even more expensive as costs continue to rise.

✔️ Be flexible – Alternative materials and local sourcing may help keep costs down, but unfortunately a lot of things are shipped in.

This is beyond our control, but proper planning can help minimize the impact. Don’t wait—secure your date with a deposit NOWbefore the price increases hit!

Heavenly Father,

We come to You with heavy hearts, lifting up the people and families affected by the fires in Los Angeles. Lord, we ask for Your divine presence to surround them in this time of loss and uncertainty. Bring healing to their hearts, minds, and bodies as they navigate this devastating season.

Father, we pray for restoration and rebuilding. Provide the resources, support, and strength they need to rebuild not just their homes, but their lives and communities. Cover them with Your protection, Lord, and guide them as they take steps forward.

Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rest upon them. Comfort those grieving, calm the fears of those who feel uncertain, and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted.

We also lift up the first responders, volunteers, and everyone offering aid. Bless them with strength, wisdom, and safety as they selflessly serve others.

Lord, we trust in Your faithfulness. May Your light shine even in this dark moment, and may Your love remind them they are not alone. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
