It is also just as important to schedule portrait photos of the couple right after the ceremony! The nerves are gone, you are officially married and you can just feel the love radiating off of them! We are so lucky to have Sophia on our team! She is always smiling and stays calm under pressure no matter what surprises come up on a wedding day! She has an art background that always helps us with day of design, is a gen z-er that keeps us “cool” and is an es**rt card table set up master!!

Winter Wedding Details ✨

Our tip don’t forget to personalize your flat lay!
* First it is important to loop in your florist and ask for some blooms that can be used for photos. This is something they will be happy to do as long as it is planned in advance!
* Address an invitation to you so you will have a fresh copy that can be used.
* Have all your jewelry, shoes, veil and accessories together. (This is something your planner can help you organize!)
* Most important don’t forget the personal details! A purse or shoes with your wedding date, a hand painted champagne bottle, your favorite perfume and family heirlooms! These are the details that make the day unique to your love story!

✨ Ceremony recessional smiles!✨ If you catch the exact moment it is the look of genuine happiness and is always a joy to witness!
✨ Well done speeches!✨ Speeches are one part of the day a planner can’t control. When done well they can really set a wedding apart. The best have you laughing, crying and never start with “for those of you that don’t know me”!
✨ Sentimental family details!✨ Grandparents jewelry, Parents champagne glasses or any family heirloom adds such a personal touch to the day!
✨Mother son dance!✨ Since having a son you can find me in the corner during this time usually tearing up!

We have been in the wedding industry for 16 years and this weekend will absolutely go down as one of the most memorable we have ever been a part of!

With our couples we often discuss what is the most important part of the wedding to them. For J&P it was always to have their ceremony outside in the beautiful Italian Garden at the Crane Estate! On the wedding day Mother Nature gave our team a run for our money with heavy rain, wind and lightning!

We were consistently viewing the doppler radar with the venue throughout the morning and it was clear a storm would hit but it showed the rain would be lightest during the ceremony. With this news the wedding party and vendor team all rallied and we got pumped up with some umbrellas in hand to be outside! It was a beautiful and special moment to see all of the couple’s family and friends come together and celebrate them to make their wedding day dreams come true!

On days like this having an experienced planner and vendor team in your corner is invaluable! We truly could not have pulled it off without the amazing team we had in place. Each vendor went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect!
