Put your game faces on because we're managing the Boston Children’s Hospital Corporate Cup this Thursday! Fifty-nine company teams will compete in eight games to earn a trophy, and a year's worth of bragging rights! Most importantly, the event raises money to help families find life-saving care and bring hope and healing to sick children at Boston Children's.

The US Navy helps Boston beat the heat! Yesterday, Conventures and Friends of the Public Garden had the pleasure to host the Crosswinds Woodwind Quintet from Navy Band Northeast at Brewer Fountain. Despite the high temperatures, their pop-up performance was a hit and capped off Navy Week, a week-long celebration throughout the city. We couldn't think of a more fun and patriotic way to spend a Sunday afternoon, and we're proud to have hosted such talented servicemen and women. 🇺🇸 ⚓ 🦅

As one of the country's largest 4th of July celebrations, Boston Harborfest is a great way to celebrate Independence Day 🇺🇸🎉. For the next two days, Harborfest offers more than 20 exciting events. From fireworks tonight, live music tomorrow, and a procession on Thursday, you'll be sure to find something you love. We are thrilled to help our friends at Franklin Realty Advisors put on two amazing events today! This morning at Mercantile Center, the UMass Memorial Medical Center hosted a spectacular blood drive where dozens of people donated blood to the Rhode Island Blood Center. Tonight, we'll tap the first keg of the season with elected officials from Worcester at Notch Brewery. The Notch Brewery Biergarten will operate all summer in the heart of Worcester, and we look forward to raising a glass with you there!

Starting on Tuesday and continuing on occasion throughout the summer, Conventures will assist Friends of the Public Garden with a Summer Concert Series at Brewer Fountain! We will handle artist management and full logistical support for these pop-up performances. Tuesday's concert will also double as the Summer Celebration for the Friends of the Public Garden - the free celebration features food trucks and live music, and also kickstarts our Summer Concert Series.

Get out your tote bags because Mass Farmers Markets is partnering with Massachusetts Port Authority to open the Seaport's first fish and farmers market on June 22! Located at Boston Fish Pier, the market embraces our rich fishery history, and connects Seaport residents with a variety of local seafood companies alongside vendors selling fruits, vegetables, specialty products, and more. The market will happen weekly on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through October 26, and is open to all.

As one of the many businesses in the district, we're excited to see a new venture that increases local access to fresh foods! Sea you there! 🐟 🥕 🧑‍🌾

This Saturday, we'll be at Joseph W. Koch Field for Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center - BCNC Quincy’s Family Fun Fair to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The event will include face painting, arts and crafts, a watermelon eating contest, a food truck, performances, music, and more! Conventures will provide on-site assistance to help produce a great event for the whole community.

We have several busy stretches throughout the year, and early June is usually one of them. We managed 8 events from June 4-12, hosting 3,445 guests, and encompassing 105.5 production hours. In total, five galas, one road race, one golf tournament, and one corporate event included things like 2,000 rainbow bucket hats, 10 ferry trips, and 85 colorful sponsor floor decals. One of the busiest months of the year, June has 13 events in total! See you at the next one! 😎

Last night was a SPECTACLE like no other. Boston Harbor Now's annual celebration of our harbor, islands, and waterfront at Spectacle Island featured amazing food, drinks, performances by local musicians, a sunset over the Boston skyline, and a harbor cruise. Conventures provided full support at the Spectacle on Spectacle event both on land and sea and we're proud to help advance the stewardship of our beautiful harbor and islands.

The future is on its way in Allston! Today we're teaming up with and Breakthrough Properties to celebrate the next step in the development of the Harvard Enterprise Research campus. The new state-of-the-art ecosystem will house innovation, collaboration, and community for all, and today's event will gather business, community, and thought leaders to talk about the campus's future and the possibilities it will bring.

We've been proud to collaborate through the planning process and will be on-site to help produce today's private event.

It's a great day for a golf tournament, and an even better day to support local high school students! Today, we'll manage all event logistics for The Adopt-A-Student Foundation Annual Golf Tournament at the Salem Country Club. In addition to golfing, there will be a dinner, live auction, and award ceremony. The funds raised at this tournament support scholarship assistance for the students of Cathedral High School, who impress us at every turn. Calling all beer enthusiasts! 🍻 Let's raise a glass to our friends at the Mercantile Center who announced that Notch Brewing will open at the Notch Biergarten - Worcester on Tuesday, June 11, 4-10 p.m. Mark your calendars and grab a friend to enjoy ice-cold brews, live music (weekends), games, and more! 🎉

Tonight, we’ll join forces with the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center - BCNC to host the Lantern Festival Gala at Pao Arts Center! The event will include a tour of Chinatown, cultural performances, and a delicious 10-course traditional Chinese banquet at various local restaurants. Conventures will manage all of the moving parts during the event, which helps BCNC fundraise for Asian and immigrant families and communities throughout Greater Boston.

We’re looking forward to seeing some Girls on the Run “star power” shine at Suffolk Downs tomorrow where we have the honor to help produce the Spring Season Celebratory 5K! Hosted by Girls on the Run Greater Boston, the 5K marks the end of the spring season for program participants and a day filled with joy and confidence as girls cross the finish line. Given our history with the Boston 10K for Women, Conventures is especially proud to manage an event that celebrates fitness and instills confidence in young girls.

Tomorrow, Conventures will be celebrating An Evening of Changing Lives with Northeast Arc at Encore Boston Harbor. The impactful evening raises hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to support people with disabilities. Conventures will assist with the auction, and manage all elements of guest check-in at this amazing event.

National Brain Tumor Society is hosting its National Brain Tumor Ride on Sunday, May 19th to raise awareness about the impact of brain tumors on patients and their loved ones. The ride begins and ends in Waltham, MA, and four different courses traverse several New England towns. Conventures is proud to produce the pre-event planning, festival, and ride course management across all 62 scenic miles.

We were proud to help Bridges Homeward celebrate its 150th Anniversary Celebration Gala last night at the Hyatt Regency Boston Cambridge. The event raised funds for the Cambridge-based nonprofit that serves more than 1,000 youth and families every year. Featuring live entertainment, auction, great food, and stories of impact, the funds raised will help youth in foster care find permanency, families access crucial resources, and individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. We were thrilled to team up! Congratulations!

Mother’s day is Sunday so you better get your ducks in a row. We can help. Sunday we’ll get quacking bright and early to assist the Friends of the Public Garden in its annual Duckling Day. Held each year on Boston Common, Duckling Day celebrates the classic children’s book "Make Way for Ducklings" by Robert McCloskey.

The family-friendly event features activity booths, lawn games, magic, and live music all at Parkman Bandstand. The event ends with a parade retracing Mrs. Mallard’s steps to the Make Way for Ducklings sculpture in the Public Garden.
