This weekend, our team is hiking up to Ticonderoga, NY to kick off the months-long commemoration of Henry Knox’s “Noble Train of Artillery” as part of MA250 . The Knox Trail 250™ celebrates not only Henry Knox’s legendary winter expedition but also the communities, leaders, and everyday citizens who contributed to the cause of American independence. Guests will travel back to 1775 as they enjoy historical reenactments and explore the Treasure Knox Edition of archival items.

Our team has been behind-the-scenes helping plan and organize logistics for this historical milestone, and we'll be on-site to assist with PR and communications. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the 250th Anniversary of Evacuation Day!

This Saturday, we're bundling up for the most jolly 5K this side of the North Pole! The holiday-themed Boston Jolly Jaunt 5K takes runners through Boston’s Back Bay to raise funds for local Special Olympics Massachusetts athletes. Prizes are up for grabs to the runner in the best costume and every participant gets jingle bells to help put the jolly in the jaunt! We'll provide general event management on race morning and manage all elements of the course and start/finish operations (when we're not busy spreading holiday cheer).

We're partnering with The Chiofaro Company to bring holiday cheer (and plenty of treats!) at International Place , one of Boston's largest office complexes! Tenants will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary catered lunch, along with live entertainment, delicious sweets, and a special guest appearance from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

We love activating one of the most iconic buildings in our city, and we can't wait to see lots of smiles this December!

Tonight, our team is heading to The Westin Copley Place to celebrate 40 years of the Henry L. Shattuck
Public Service Awards! Hosted by the Boston Municipal Research Bureau , the event honors individuals for their dedicated service to the City of Boston, and promotes public service as a profession.

We've been actively involved in pre-event planning and logistics, and we will deliver on-site event management throughout the evening. Congratulations to all of the honorees!

This year marks 50 years since the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) passed in the US, and to honor this landmark legislation, we helped the Massachusetts Association of Approved Private Schools (MAAPS) plan a celebratory breakfast last Wednesday. Hosted at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the US Senate , more than 300 attendees gathered for reflections on the impact of the law, student performances, and a recommitment to the special education schools in the Bay State and the people who thrive within them. Nearly a year in the making, our team was thrilled to be called upon by MAAPS to help navigate the planning, production, and finishing touches on this special morning.

This Sunday, we’re reuniting with Girls on the Run Greater Boston for their 2025 Fall 5K! More than 4,000 attendees will celebrate the end of the fall season for program participants at Boston Common. As we look forward to the 50th running of the Boston 10K for Women , we’re honored to manage an event that promotes fitness in the next generation of female runners.

We're reuniting with the Boston Semper Fidelis Society for the Boston Marine Corps Birthday Luncheon on November 7! More than 2,000 Marines and their loved ones will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps, and guests will enjoy a speaking program, catered lunch, and reception. Our team has handled pre-event logistics and planning, and will manage the event from start to finish to produce an "Oorah"-worthy experience.
