What a WONDERFUL, albeit exhausting, weekend! I had the pleasure of catering the rehearsal dinner, the reception, late night snack, and a departure breakfast for the Knop/Hunkiar wedding weekend. Let me tell you-they know how to celebrate! I don’t think one single detail was overlooked! Thank you to both families for allowing us the privilege of celebrating the marriage of Lakin and Jake! So thankful for my wonderful team that worked flawlessly at each event. They are the best!

There are SO many people in need near and far due to the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Pampered Chef is offering Double Donations for all fundraisers through October 31. Please help me know how to best to use this opportunity. I do all the background work, donation amount is reflective of sales, and Pampered Chef issues the check directly to the receipiant or organization. Any commission earned is added to the donation.

Please offer suggestions or ideas of communities, organizations, businesses, etc that would benefit from a fundraiser.

We love catering family celebrations but when they are dear friends that are like family, it’s so rewarding. Today, we were honored to decorate and cater a baby shower for a sweet mom-to-be. The dad likes riding crazy bucking broncs so of course we had to have a cowboy theme! Thanks to Sue and Maggiee for all the decorating help and for helping my vision come to life.

Shout out to Carrie Pope and Shindig for the prop rentals! Lorrie Williams did her magic as usual on those absolutely perfect cookies!

Special thanks to StarStraq Creations and Jessica for the laser work she did. Scope out that mock belt buckle and cowboy name cards!

I love it when we get to celebrate with friends on their special day. Last night we catered for Shane and Kalyne’s wedding. Everything about the evening was beautiful. The decorations were amazing! We had rave reviews on the food but the star of the show was the humongous grazing table created by my daughter Maggiee and catering helper extraordinaire Tesa.

LAST CALL FOR TUESDAY PICKUP-ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 5

I’ve done something this weekend that I haven’t done in a long time and that is prepare some casseroles. Some were for baby shower gifts and others were for a long time customer. So it lit a fire in me to perhaps offer a few this week since school is starting back in schedules may be a little crazy for a while.

If you are interested in a casserole or two, please reply by texting me or commenting on this post. I will be offering the following:

Baked Spaghetti
Cheesy Broccoli, Chicken, and Rice
Shepherds Pie

Pricing is as follows:
4 to 6 servings $28
8-10 servings $42

Casseroles will be delivered fresh, but ready for baking or freezing. Easy to follow instructions will be included.

Casseroles are to be paid for when ordered and I accept most pay applications. Casseroles are to be picked up in Thomasville on Tuesday and Thursday.  if this goes well, I may do it a couple of times a month. Feel free to share this post. Thank you!

I love catering weddings but when I am fortunate enough to cater for friends that are like family, it’s a double blessing! We catered my sweet friend Hope Thompson’s daughter Jordan Thompson Smith’s wedding last month. It was such a treat and everyone was so wonderful and complimentary! Here’s a few pictures from their fabulous taco bar!
