We welcomed local public school students to campus for a day full of curiosity, creativity, and college exploration thanks to our Project Teach programming.

From exploring the science of chocolate, to diving into art, natural history, and real science labs where students got hands-on with what college can offer.

🎨 Celebrating Cambridge Artist Andromeda Lisle & Her Upcoming Mosaic-Mural ✨

When the reconstructed Tobin Montessori & Darby Vassall Upper Schools open this fall, they’ll feature a new mosaic-mural by Cambridge artist Andromeda Lisle! The artwork reflects Lisle’s passion for science, spirituality, and Indigenous storytelling.

Before the mural is installed, explore Lisle’s full artistic journey at “Spirits of Inspiration”, a new exhibition at Gallery 344. See her paintings, murals, masks, posters, and more, including a preview of the upcoming whale mosaic!

Last week, 8th grade students from several Boston Public Schools got an exclusive inside look at the world of science and engineering with SEAS! 🔬⚙️

From hand-on activities to exciting lab tours and live demonstrations, these students explored possibilities of STEM careers. An inspiring day of discovery and innovation—we may have just met the next gen of scientists and engineers 🚈

💫🔭Over 300 Cambridge community members joined in on the fun—building Galileoscopes, learning about alien life in space, and charting the skies with their very own homemade star wheels!

Teens and staff from the Science Research Mentoring Program held the 2nd Annual Community Astronomy Night at Cambridge Street Upper School last Wednesday, March 13.
