Happy St Patrick’s Day! Here is a video we made for a simple Irish Soda Bread. Traditional soda bread is pretty straightforward and without additional flavors, but we added currants to ours. You can also add caraway or cardamom for a little something extra. Enjoy with a good cup of Irish breakfast tea!

You want to have a great event, but it also must be safe. It can be done! Here are answers to the most asked questions about your cocktail event. Our next post will talk about setting up the bar. Starters/Hors d’oeuvres FAQ * Can I have passed HD? Yes! But with a different twist. We’re calling them “not passed” passed Hors d’oeuvres – they can be served in individual portions or on small plates and presented to guests at cocktail tables, dining tables, etc. * Are stations allowed? No self-service stations are allowed, but you can have stations and buffets with staff serving and one guest approaching at a time.
