Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of events from conception to completion
Set up and dismantle event spaces, ensuring all technical and aesthetic elements are in place
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless ex*****on of events
Provide on-site support during events, including managing logistics and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in event production or related field preferred,
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
