Six of us took a wonderful trip to Austin, Texas to try some BBQ at 3 of the best BBQ restaurants in the world. The group consisted of myself, my girlfriend Sally Harms, my nephew Scott Brown, Kate and Ted Stinner (Fat Floyds Food Truck) and friend Jeff Kral. We had an amazing time and there is little space here to do a complete story. I tried to tell the story in pictures. Enjoy!

We did a terrific on site wedding reception this weekend for a wonderful family in East Aurora. Brisket, chicken, Mac n cheese, salt potatoes, BBQ beans and HEART SHAPED CORNBREAD MUFFINS were on the dinner menu. We also did an appetizer spread which included mild and spicy sausage bites. Thought you might enjoy the pictures.

Hello BBQ Lovers😋

It’s Spring and the weather is turning warm for us after a long cold winter. Thoughts turn to yard cleanups, flowers, and the greening of our foliage.

And of course, for those of you who know me well, my thoughts always turn to my passion for Smoking BBQ.

Accordingly, I am planning our 1st pre-order cook of the season.

The cook date is Saturday May 21st.

We are offering Brisket, Ribs and Pulled pork as follows:

Brisket: Whole (7.5lbs average) $150 (Half Brisket $80)

Pulled Pork: $12.50/lb….Lightly sauced and vacuum sealed in 1lb bags

Premium Baby Back Ribs:
$26/rack

BBQ Sauce:

Pork Sauce $5.75

Rib/Brisket Sauce. $6.75

The order deadline is next Sunday May 14th.

Pickup will be May 21st after 5pm.

Hi all....I am currently taking orders for Brown Sugar Cured Canadian Bacon (Home Made) for Saturday April 16th, just in time for Easter Brunch the next day.

This is Brown Sugar cured pork loin which creates a wonderful, VERY LEAN, Bacon which is made for weekend breakfasts, BLT’s for lunch and quick breakfast sandwiches. Prep time is under 10 minutes (Our Canadian friends call this Peameal Bacon). This is the same Product we sold out on last year.

This bacon will come in 2 1/2 - 3lb pieces and are $22. Vacuum sealing is always available for $1/bag.
