Slow smoked pork belly burnt ends with fries and a side for only $12!! Also, our rib supplier had a last minute SWEET DEAL on some great looking ribs. Today Dave has a tomato based veggie soup with mixed vegetables. $10 for a large bowl or $5 for a cup. Hard to find a guy who can smoke meat AND make great vegetable dishes. See you at the shop! On Wednesday November 27th between 11am - 3pm, the crew will be at the shop for those folks that pre-ordered smoked turkeys.

Jim and the Carolina Smoke BBQ catering crew are rolling up to Navanta in Edmonds for a company party gig. Hope everyone is hungry!! The slow smoked pulled pork, beef brisket and chicken will be flowin’ like the salmon of Capistrano.

It’s Wednesday morning and Dave is making some slow smoked beef stroganoff for today’s special! He is also making up a batch of sweet tea and mac-n-cheese. Today is gunna be a good day.
