Graham is a wealth of knowledge, having grown with Spice from our Operations Manager back in 2008. With a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University and experience across almost every BOH position in restaurants, guest ranches, and various catering companies, he’s truly a wizard. 🎓👨‍🍳

🍄🧀✨Graham’s favorite part of his role? Watching a large, complicated event come together from all angles! His love for North African and Middle Eastern spices shines in his cooking, especially in his favorite menu item: Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding with Brie and Truffle Pesto.
