Yoga At The Barn - October 14, 2023
There will be a limited number of seats available for the morning sessions for maximum comfort!
Join us at 9:30am for check in, place your mat upstairs to hold your spot and visit Mama Coco and Ignite Your Aura Photography to sign up for a reading and photo session time.
10:15am begins our retreat upstairs with Jen Cains, local chocolatier with Moksha Chocolate, she will share a taste, brief history and origin story of cacao. This heart opening session will lead us perfectly into a 40-minute yoga (for all levels) flow with Jill Wheeler. Jill joins us as a healer, guide, coach and instructor. As we end the yoga flow she will begin the resonant sounds of her Himalayan Singing Bowls while Jill Emich, takes us on a journey of breath work featuring Bud & Mary's.
Directly after the morning sessions, we'll head downstairs for la cannabis pairing lunch, live music, relaxation & sensory lounges, the Marketplace, prize giveaways and so much more!

Our Unpacked events are designed for the times — we've got smaller in-person events and now are able to offer the opportunity to enjoy a Mason Jar even from the comfort of home. 🙌 When you RSVP, you'll get everything you need to recreate the atmosphere: live-streamed entertainment (musicians 🎶 & comedians 😂!), amazing food, and our goody bag stacked with treats from our favorite cannabis artisans 🌿!
