Simply put: Hector keeps this whole show going
We post lots of pictures of pretty food and pretty desserts. We show off cool events and awesome clients. We even shout out our chefs every once in a while
But this entire operation falls apart without Hector. And we'd be ashamed if we didn't remind ourselves (and the world) of this every once in a while.
So everyone, meet Hector. And if that smile doesn't bring a smile to your face then you probably broke your smile muscles and should see a doctor.

We do the prep and you put on the finishing touches. It's as easy as that!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
- We prep all the meats, sides, salads and sauces
- Then we package it all up and chill it down
- You swing by on Friday to pick up your order from our commercial kitchen in East Boulder (Your Picnic Pack can stay in the fridge until you're ready to fire up the grill)
- When it's time, throw the meats on the grill and get the rest ready to serve
- You're done!

We LOVE us some BBQ. Owner Pat Beelner used to run a local West Texas BBQ joint here in Boulder - The Wrangler & The Wrangler II for anyone old enough to remember those days. Ever since, his love for BBQ has grown to a full on obsession. Last we counted, Pat had five regular pellet smokers and two traditional smokers so large they're on trailers and pulled behind our trucks. What can we say, the man loves his BBQ!
