INFO + POLICY ⬇️ (2025)

Located in Bowdon, GA.
I ONLY travel to locations within an hour from Bowdon, GA. Travel fee will be applied.

Installs have to meet my minimum requirement of $225+. The only smaller option is a GRAB & GO (7/8 feet and under).

Booking info needed - date, time frame, location/venue, and theme.

I accept paypal and Venmo but prefer checks/cash. I do not hold spots so deposits MUST be paid at booking.

Booking- All bookings will require a date and setup time, time frame and location/venue. Venue/home residence is very important, venue requires a specific setup time. I will need to know what time we will have access to the venue to meet and begin set up. So it might conflict with your event if you don’t let me know your time. This will help to avoid any scheduling conflicts or miscommunications.

Deposit/cancellation- When booking I do require a Non refundable deposit and to secure your date. Non refundable deposits, are used to secure your date and buy any supplies needed for your event. With cancellations, I do understand things come up such as emergencies and weather. Deposit is still non refundable but can be transferable to a different date.

Outside Events/Weather- Weather plays a big part in appearance!! Balloons may start pop in heat especially dark/chrome colors. Balloons start to oxidize outside giving it a more matte look. I can apply hi shine to give it a gloss look but hi shine, when applying hi shine they will start to pop more.

Balloons- We only use high quality professional grade balloons! To get a more professional look.

Payments- Payment must be paid at install.
