Hey guys...quick post to give thanks to Felise Shobe for allowing me the honor of catering her mother Marilyn Shobe 80th birthday celebration on Saturday. You can never go wrong with pasta, salad and bread. Also, thank you Courtney Meador entrusting me to cater to your family/friends on Saturday as well. I had a great time setting up your taco bar. It was a busy day but a blessed day!

It's been a while since I last posted so I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!🎉🥳 I will definitely be doing lunches next week (probably Thursday) so be looking out for the post on Monday. I just wanted to hop on and thank everyone that supported me in 2024 and I look forward to serving you 2025. I'm working on my health issues, mainly my eyes and just trying to be the healthiest version of myself. Huge thanks to the following places/people for their December business. I appreciate you all!

Thank you so much to Greenwood High Girl's Volleyball Team for allowing me to cater their banquet last night at White Stone Barn. These girls have been consistently the most polite and mannerable kids that I've ever worked with. I truly think they get it from their parents because they too were so very polite. This is the second year serving them and I appreciate their trust in me. Of course, I forgot to take pictures. Huge thanks to my staff Grace , Raegan Skaggs and Ke'ara who braved the cold weather and country roads to make last night a huge success!

This Thanksgiving holiday was a very unique and blessed one. I always try to follow up with each family that orders meals or a just a single dish. It warms my heart to get good feedback. A very special thing happened to me while I was at Shogun's. One of my regular customers for holiday meals works there and while we were waiting for our table she came over and presented me with a $50 gift card in appreciation for cooking for her family on holidays. This same customer on Thanksgiving gave me a huge tip. I thank God for blessing my hands to be able to cook for his people. I think about the elderly, the sick, the busy mom's and just people in general that have a need to be fed. I pray for each family individually as I prepare their food. I've said this many times and will continue to say it, cooking is a ministry that I take super seriously. It's literally a form of love made visible. It's a love language. It's an act of love. I'm just honored to be able to provide this service and for my customers and for them to really enjoy it. That's why I always use real and the best ingredients...no shortcuts. It's more expensive and time consuming but you can taste the difference. Thanks again to all that ordered. I never take your support for granted.

Holiday season is upon us and I've been extremely busy with events. However, this week I get a little reprieve aka the calm before the storm before doing Thanksgiving meals so I will be offering soup, salads, take-and-bakes and plates this week. Everything is preorder and prepay as usual. Deadline is 5pm the day before the item you order.

No plates this week. I'm preparing for big event next week, have death in my family and Julianne has lots of appointments. Then it seems I'll be going right into Thanksgiving organizing, shopping and prep. I'll try my best to do plates, salads and take-and-bakes one more time before Thanksgiving. I've been buying greens from a local farmer daily. I pick, cook then freeze them for Thanksgiving meals. I could go another route but I always try to bring my customers the freshest food I can even if it's more labor intensive and may cost a lil more. So this is what my week has been like thus far. I get a huge bag every day. Its a lot of work. It'll be worth it though on Thanksgiving.
