Zander, Ethan and Cody, spent the day setting up five of our tents for a town festival. Then they were off to set up a stage roof! The heat was brutal, but they got the job done! Our clients were very happy, and they loved our tents!

Set up for a 50th wedding anniversary! We supplied the tents, tables, chairs, cooler tables, xl cooler, linens and a small sound system. I love that our client chose to use both black and white chairs, I really like the look.

No doubt this is going to be a great weekend for parties!!! I am happy to say, all of our tents, tables & chairs are rented out for the Labor Day weekend!!! Below is a picture of (2) 20x20’s for a beautiful baby girl’s 1st birthday party!! (Other tents are in a previous post😉)

We’ve set up lots of tents the past two days! This one was definitely one of my favorites. We had two furry visitors stop by to see what we were doing. ❤️🐾 They are absolutely gorgeous, and our 20x20 tent looks pretty good too!😉

We are getting slammed with reservations, especially, for our tables and chairs!!! I am happy to say, I just purchased 200 more Lifetime chairs and 24 Lifetime tables, as well as, 2 cooler tables! With our concert production schedule and tent schedule, we have one extremely busy summer ahead of us!!! Thank You, to those of you who have booked dates with us! Here are a few pictures of some of our tents. The Marquis style (pointed top) is a 20x20. We have four 8’ tables and 32 of our Lifetime chairs under this one. The other tent is one of our 20x30’s. I’ll try to get some pictures with tables and chairs under this one, as well as pictures of our 20x40. I did take some of these pictures before we put the straps on, which is why you don’t see them in some of the pictures.😉

We’ve Got You Covered

We are an event production company, that was presented with an opportunity to purchase a party rental business from a friend who was ready to retire. So, being the workaholics that we are, we took on this new addition.

Here are some pictures of a few of the tents we have. Some of the pictures aren't the greatest, they were given to me by the former owner. I will post new pics, as soon as I can.

We have 5 of the Pinnacle model (high pointed tops), all 5 are 20x20 sizes.
Available sizes in the Pole and Frame tents are:
10x10, 20x20, 20x30 and 20x40.
I also have a 28x20 inflatable tent. This one is really cool!

We’ve got Tables in both 6 and 8 ft.
I do have a few 48 in. round tables, as well.

We have metal chairs and I just purchased 200 brand new Lifetime chairs, these babies are the BOMB! they are contoured and very comfortable to sit in.

I’ve got one 16ft water slide, and three bounce houses, one of them is an adult bounce house🤪 We also have an inflatable basketball game with an electronic scoreboard.

18 hole portable Putt-Putt golf. I’m working on adding some extras to this. Glow in the dark and lights. I’m going to deck it out!😜

2 inflatable movie screens with sound systems (of course😉)

12x12 dance floor

Commercial snow cone machine, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine.

I’ll have most of this inventory set up at my kids graduation party, so I’ll definitely get better pictures!
