Hello! This is not a business related post but I would like to request thoughts and prayers for a young woman and her family. We came up on a wreck Friday night of 4 teenagers, 2 girls and 2 guys. We had pulled up just after it had happened and before police or ambulance were there. One girl had been ejected from the backseat. The other 3 had minor lacerations and injuries but the girl who was ejected was lying in the field face down. Face swollen and bleeding and a pretty bad leg injury. We tried to keep her talking and awake while we waited for the ambulance and she said she was 19. She tried to tell her name but it was mumbled. They are Bosnian or some similar nationality I think. They were air lifting her to Skyline in Nashville. I heard she was having surgery yesterday but I still do not know her name. The wreck was on Dillard rd. I would like to just be able to check on her and the other 3. I was so relieved yesterday when someone from the police dept posted she was having surgery so she at least survived because to be honest she wasn't doing well. If anyone has info or a name could you please message me? I'd love to try to get some boxes to her family at some point because during a terrible situation like that you can forget to eat while sitting at the hospital and a box to her when she comes home to recover. Whatever religion you practice I just ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you!

Good evening beautiful people. I realized today that some people following this page may not know me. Lol! So I thought let's meet the box maker...me! (P.s. don't mind the messy hair 😆)

Hello! I'm Courtney! Born, raised and currently reside in south central Ky. I'm a mom of 2 little humans, well maybe not as little as I'd like them to be. A 13 year old daughter and an 11 year old son. (Please pray for me. 🤣) Whew. Anyway, I graduated technical college with an Associates in Applied Science for Radiologic Technology, xray tech. I am also a Medical assistant after 8 years of experience and on the job training. I've been with the same company for those 8 years. Starting to explore options and find my passion though.

As far as hobbies I love art, especially painting! I have a huge garden, as I'm sure you've seen in pics. I'm very passionate about plants now. It used to be a running joke that I couldn't keep a plant alive but now look at me! Lol! We have a camper that we love taking to different lakes and campsites around our region. Pretty much anything to do with water I'm in. Lake, beach, creek etc. ⛱️

The charcuterie boxes are just as much a creative outlet for me as much as they are a small side gig. I really enjoy making them. I love cooking and baking in general. At 34 I'm still trying to find myself. I've changed a lot over the last few years, for the better, and now more than ever all I want is peace, love and happiness. I want to spread kindness, good food and to be me unapologetically with all of my hippie free spiritedness. ✌️

Hello! Happy Hump day! I've got a few ideas and wanted to get feedback for them or just see what you all think.

My thoughts...

1. A raffle! This would be for a larger box than what I currently have. I will make it ahead of time and show everyone what's in it. It would be $5 per ticket to win it. Still working on this one but stay tuned!

2. I'm planning ahead for the holidays. Since November is 4 months away it will be here before we know it. Seems like that's how it usually goes! So I'm thinking of doing some holiday candy boxes with fudge (peanut butter, chocolate, white chocolate, orange creamcicle), bourban balls, divinity, oreo truffle balls, all the things! Maybe mini pecan and pumpkin pies. These would continue through Christmas. If wanted to surprise someone with a box I can deliver it where you would like. They would make a great gift for the foodie in your life. I would take pre-orders for these as well.

What do we think? I hope you all are having a blessed day. Do something for yourself today. Don't forget you can't pour from an empty cup. 😊

Good morning! I just found out something that I thought you all may want to know. Remember the smoked gouda from Hilltopper Creamery & Farm Market that I've been telling you all about? The one that's my favorite? Apparently it was the BG favorite of 2022 and they are now sold out until the fall!!! Guess what though? I've still got some! Yay! 😆 They shared to their insta stories that I've still got some too so if you want some let me know because I dont know how long it will last! Have a blessed day!

The rain is coming down outside!! It's very relaxing, so as I sit here, I figured I would hop on and elaborate on something I mentioned in a post yesterday, Grazing Tables. If you're not familiar with what those are think charcuterie board on steroids. 😆 It's basically an entire table of charcuterie instead of a board. I think of it as creating art with food.

Instead of trying to plan each little dish for an event and cooking for days, this would take the work off of you. A grazing table also allows guests to come and nibble as they please here and there, trying each cheese, meat, cracker, vegetable, or fruit. You can customize a table to fit your needs as far as how many people are attending and if there are any allergies. With charcuterie, the sky is the limit. You can do a brunch table or more desserts. It's really what you want!

I'll include some pictures below as examples only. They are not my pics. Message me if you have an event coming up, and I can give you a quote if you know how many people you need to feed. I would LOVE the opportunity to create something for you to nibble on! 😊

Nowadays McDonald's is atleast $10 for any meal. For a few extra dollars these boxes are wayyyyy healthier and that includes it being delivered to you!!!

**Also I was asked if I do grazing tables for events like baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties etc. I wanted to say that I would love the opportunity to do so. If you would be interested in that please message me with how many people you need to feed and the details!**

Hey friends! I hope everyone had an amazing 4th and that your neighbors have stopped shooting fireworks in general but especially right outside your window until midnight! 😁 Just wanted to hop on and let you all know I've still got plenty of Smoked Gouda cheese 🧀.

Garden update: My garden is thriving and living it's best life! The Crokini cherry tomatoes 🍅 will be coming in soon and will be going in the boxes. The bush has gotten huge and it has over 100 little green tomatoes on it. I've got tons of 🥒 and cantaloupe that I think would be great for the boxes as well. The zuchinni I've harvested is going in some delicious zuchinni 🍞. I'm going to fry the squash I picked yesterday because YUM. There's so many sugar baby 🍉 and probably over 50 green regular tomatoes. I'm a proud plant mom what can I say? 😆 All of the garden freshness alongside WKU Hilltopper's scrumptious cheeses is just a win win.

After the water park all day and a 8 pm basketball game I was done yesterday so thanks for your patience. I went back to the orignal post, checked the likes, tags and shares. I've got Smoked Gouda! 🤤 Yum! This is my FAVORITE cheese. Ever. It's available for next week's boxes. Let me know if you'd like a box for next week. You should be able to order through this page and select and date/time. If for some reason it's not working you can comment below or message me. $15 a box and if scheduling permits I can deliver to your office. Smoked gouda, grapes, rosemary crackers, cherry tomatoes etc sounds like a pretty tasty lunch!

I'm curious! Since I make these "charcuterie boxes to go" and they include some of these fruits typically I just wanted to see what berry is the most preferred when eating it by themselves and not in a dessert. Let me know!

Hello! For those of you who don't know me I'm Courtney. I recently started a partnership with Hilltopper Market and Farm where students of WKU's Ag and Food Science program make their own cheese and grow their own produce. I started on my personal page and I have been featuring a product of theirs each week in the homemade snack boxes I make for $15 a box. I have also expanded to include single serving cups that would be perfect for events such as baby or bridal showers. You can set up a date and time for your order through this page if you'd like to order!

The boxes will consist of one of their products, usually cheese because it's sooo good! They will also consist of a mixture of produce from my own garden as I harvest and I will try to buy local. I have already been harvesting blackberries and Crokini cherry tomatoes. Everything else such as crackers and such would be store bought. I think partnering with them is a great way to support local college students and small business.

I also want to use this platform to spread positivity and kindness so there will be giveaways and contests. I have been enjoying this so much. I just want you to bring your appetite for good food and leave fully satisfied physically and mentally. 😊 Thanks!
