Our anniversary vacation was a beautiful success, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Last week, Anna and I took a few precious days away together—a much-needed escape that felt like therapy for both of us. I’m truly the luckiest man to have such a beautiful, supportive wife and an incredibly understanding business partner like Anna by my side.

Running a restaurant means we don’t always get to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays on the actual day. But when time allows, we cherish those moments even more. Last week, as the chill of winter approached, we seized the opportunity to take a break, and it was exactly what we needed. We soaked in the sun, savored delicious meals, enjoyed wonderful service, and embarked on a few adventures, all while appreciating each other’s company.

Now, with hearts full and energy restored, we’re ready to dive back into the work we love. We can’t wait to see you all soon!
