The Employee/Family and Friends Christmas Dinner Party was a huge success! Our new chef prepared a fantastic feast for our company Christmas dinner.

Anna and I are grateful for many things, especially our employees, who have become part of our family, and their families, who are like our extended family.

We had a wonderful time tonight, enjoying great food and drinks, exchanging gifts 🎁, and sharing stories and laughter while appreciating each other's hard work!

Tonight, on February 29th, 2024, we have something special happening at our restaurant. We're thrilled to host Western Kentucky's ROTC dinner party downstairs! 🎉 They'll be recognizing and honoring their students for their remarkable achievements.

During their program, there will be plenty of engaging discussions led by their host. As a result, we want to inform our regular diners that there won't be any background music played downstairs to ensure everyone can fully participate and enjoy the event.

However, fear not! We are still OPEN for business upstairs, and our VIP balcony awaits you for a delightful dining experience. While you enjoy your meal, please understand that tonight's ambiance might be influenced by the ROTC program happening below.

For those unfamiliar, ROTC stands for "Reserve Officers' Training Corps." It's a program that prepares college students for future service in the Army, Navy, or Air Force. Students join ROTC for various reasons, including professional opportunities, scholarships, and a desire to serve their country.
