Dropped the bus off at Dale's tire to get a new rear dually tire then its headed back home to finish the work! Justin at Tessiers Inc., Is going to work on it with his mobile welding truck!! Super happy we have gotten this far. Keep watching for more updates!

Making some progress, Tessiers Inc. Has installed the exhaust hood roof, and will be attaching the motor. Next the frame for our concession window! Exciting!

Our Dept. Of health food service liscence and mobile layout has been approved. Just need to get inspected when the truck is all done being constructed!!!

We are installing aluminum over the hood exhaust, and window openings! This will be a great spot for our Logo to be placed!! Super exciting 🙌

Looks like a logo wrap can be done, on our 37ft chevy pace arrow. Picture black hills skyline surrounding the whole truck on a sea foam green background! Logo is in the making!

Here's our progress, we finished most demo and prepped the walls for melanamine board, stainless steel and quilted stainless pvc! White polywall goes on ceiling with a 9ft hood system. Diamond plate aluminum goes on the floor with a 3" curve along wall for easy to clean!

Hey I'm officially kick starting our new business! Legal Consumption Mobile Kitchen, llc. Food truck is under construction, bear with us. In the mean time we will be offering personal chef for hire, and catering events as big as about 50-100ppl at this time. Let me know what how I can design your next event!
