Fantastic to be part of of The Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Expo. Enjoyed chatting with lots of fellow Foodies and health professionals about the benefits of preparing delicious food with local fresh produce. We served Smoked Asian Style Duck with Seaweed Salad in Endive cups; Sautéed Shrimp with Arugula Pesto; and, Cucumber Chips with Hummus, Falafel and Beetroot Pickles.

Made with One Acre Farm garlic and beets roasted in olive oil, adding tahini, lemon juice and fresh dill. Very easy and delicious 🧄🧄

Our crystal clear jellies are made from scratch - juice from fresh fruit, steeped with spices and strained through fine cloth. They make excellent gifts and are a perfect addition to a charcuterie board or just on toast! Strawberry Champagne, Mint & White Balsamic and Pear Ginger Saffron Jellies are also for sale at Locals.

Fantastic share from One Acre Farm last week! We made turkey soup with the potatoes and hon tsai tai, pasta with mushrooms and garlic and we toasted the seeds from the bonus squash for salads!!!

Our Holiday Gift Cooking Class is hands on and fun. We will make Cranberry Shiraz Jelly and Onion Marmalade from scratch, then we will process them using the boiling water bath canning technique. Such a quick, simple and tasty pasta dish.
Cooked pasta, zucchini sauted in olive oil with pepper and salt, lemon juice and rind, fresh mint and parmesan cheese. Its perfect eaten hot or cold!

A beautiful fresh pasta dish with summer squash, lemon and mint. Very easy to make and only takes 15 minutes.

Our Latin American Style Bread Pudding was absolutely delicious - the perfect way to finish off our Latin American feast. Extra creamy with the addition of coconut milk, topping of sweet caramel and beautifully spiced with cinnamon, anise and cloves. Links to video and recipe:

Gotta love Summer! Perfect weather to fire up the BBQ to grill our skirt steak and chicken thighs for our Latin American inspired feast. Also perfect time of year to take advantage of all the farm fresh vegetables to use in our cooking. One Acre Farm provided lots of vegetables used in our feast.
