I calculate price by miles/amount of balloons and equipment used. nothing is to small and i am positive with enough notice nothing is to big. tips never expected but there's always a tip jar out there. going tip rates run 0-99 cents for neeto balloon, 1-3$ for pretty swell creations(balloon creatures that take 2-4 balloons)
