Did you know at Gallatin River Hideaway we have two of the cutest little cabins that you can rent for your wedding weekend, a girls getaway, a guys fishing trip, a relaxing staycation etc.?
Both are right on the Gallatin Creek and will sleep three people and are walking distance to both our venues. They are furnished and supplied like an Airbnb (where you can also find us) … large deck with patio sets, nice bathroom, kitchenette, queen size bed and sleeper sofa…
Book privately through Cyndy property manager at 406-539-8413 or on Airbnb! These two are available exclusively June through September.
If you’ve ever dreamed of trying out tiny living, then come live in one of these cuties on a short term lease during the winter!

Hi friends! Do you know someone who is looking for something to do this summer?

We are hiring!
If you like being outside, listening to your own music or podcasts while you get it done, this might be your job! Do you like working alone and maybe tossing a line in the river on your lunch break or a quick swim?

Gallatin River Hideaway is looking for some summertime help doing all sorts of outdoor things including painting, watering flowers, w**d eating, riding a mower, moving things around the property etc.

This is a part time seasonal position starting the first week of May just through the end of September paying $20 an hour.

We are flexible, fair snd fun!
So if you’re looking to make some $$ to do the things you REALLY want to do, this might be your job!

No experience needed. The only requirement is being a nice person.

Check out our brand spanking new restrooms at our Bridal Veil Venue at Gallatin River Hideaway! If you’ve ever tried to use a porta potty in a wedding dress, you know how important this building is! We don’t do Porta Potties or out houses at GRH! I mean nobody likes using those at the rodeo, much less at a wedding or important event, and your guest’s experience is important to us.
We got the best compliment tonight from a little boy who exited and said to me, “that’s the nicest bathroom I’ve ever been in!” ….Kids speak the truth!
Isn’t it nice?? We love it! 🤩

We have available dates for this summer for any of you who may have had a venue booked that is now not viable due to recent flooding in the area…. We have two venues on the property so that doubles our chances of a date. Please call Cyndy 406-539-8413 to discuss, an in person tour and instant help!
As of today, current available dates are July 1-3, July 22-24, August 5-7, August 19-21, August 26-28 and our Creekside Venue is available for the first three weekends of September.

So many of you have reached out to us in the last few days and offered to help clean up and anything else we need…..We are so grateful and happy to report that the minimal flooding we sustained did not leave behind any real damage… just a little mess!
Cleanup has been completed and we are ready to roll!
Being that our Bridal Veil Venue is right on the river, it was built to sustain flooding and it stood the test…. Other than some relocated bark, a little silt and a little debris, nothing else was disturbed …..
Our bridal party for that venue (we have 2!) this weekend found another option and thanks to Whitney at the Château ….Our couple, who we have grown to love over the last two years, will have a stress-free weekend without any concerns of the river coming to visit once again with rising temperatures. In moments like this, business is secondary and the people we care about come first.
This was a first in Gallatin River Hideaway history and we certainly hope it’s the last. It’s the price we pay for living and working in the most beautiful place in America.
Our Creekside Venue was unaffected with the exception of some high ground water which has since dissipated.
Many of you know that I live on the property near the owners house and both of us were lucky enough the water only came up within 5 to 6 feet of both of our homes…. Another thank you to one of our former brides for letting us know just how deep the water was getting at the front of the property so we could evacuate before it was too late!
Thanks again to all of those who reached out, many of whom we have never met in person, and many more in the Bozeman wedding industry. We appreciate all of your offers and concern for our business and well-being!
We count ourselves exceptionally grateful in light of those who have lost everything in our neighboring towns….. Much love to you all!

Something we hear from so many of our couples is that can’t get in touch with vendors and people who are crucial to their planning process.
At Gallatin River Hideaway, we actually answer your calls, texts and emails…. Unless we are actively with another couple, it’s immediately. And if you leave a message, we respond as soon as we are free. Ghosting May be a thing, but in business, it’s unacceptable… even if we’re fully booked, your request is beyond what we offer, etc…We know you’re contacting us for a reason and we care about that!

One of the top questions we get is “Can we choose ALL our own vendors for our wedding?” YES!! Not having a requirement to use a preferred photographer or in house caterer, make up artist etc. saves YOU money because you’re not paying an additional commission when you hire all your own vendors and YOU get to decide who serves you on your most important day. We do have a list of highly recommended resources that we have worked with and have gotten gold stars from our past couples, but they are only offerings. This is especially helpful if you’re not familiar with the local wedding vendors. The Bozeman Wedding Industry is full of amazing talent for all your needs and we can’t wait to see who you find to make your day special!
