We wanted this reception setup to feel like stepping into a thoughtfully designed, luxury ranch retreat—where every detail was curated to create a warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant wedding experience.

One of the biggest trends we’re ready to see in 2025 is home-inspired decor. Think cozy table lamps, luxe furniture style seating, and details that make your reception feel warm and intimate. Couples want to create the feeling of having a big dinner party with their closest friends and family (but will more champagne and amazing outfits).

Brides, let’s talk about seating charts ✨

Of course they serve a purpose—but why not make them an experience? For this wedding, we created a seating chart that also acted as a wedding favor with engraved copper Moscow mule mugs. Guests found their seats, grabbed a drink, and took home a keepsake they’d actually use!

• Lock in your vendors – Spring dates book fast, so if you haven’t secured your florist, photographer, or caterer, now’s the time!

You might not know this about me, but I’m incredibly spontaneous. About a month ago, @magnoliablueevents and I were casually chatting when she jokingly suggested a spontaneous trip to Miami. Well, within a week, we had booked our flights and found ourselves basking in the Sunshine State within 4 days! Returning home to winter weather was definitely a bit of a shock after enjoying nothing but sunshine and incredible experiences in Miami. Huge thanks to the @nicoleabecia @marlisfyke and @galialahav flagship store in Miami for hosting us, and to @nuagedesignsinc @kara.at.nuagedesigns for giving us an inside look at your amazing operations. Needless to say, our impromptu trip gave us the much-needed dose of sun and fun we were craving!

Stepped into the role of a modern-day Cupid this week. From sled dog escapades to beautifully crafted floral– we designed a surprise proposal was as epic as their love story.
