What an amazing day for M & M. I love it when my couples, their families and friends are amazing, kindhearted people. It creates a positive and vibrant energy for their special day. Good people, great food, talented vendors and a beautiful backdrop and setting - The Chateau Event Center for it all to come together. Perfection shining through, amidst the stress and chaos. And yet, everything is flawless in the moment. Their wedding day, inevitably natural and balanced. 🎆 A belated Happy New Years 🎆

It’s that time of year again, time to introduce myself, the woman behind The Chateau Event Center. I have just celebrated another year around the sun ☀️ 40 in total now, which seems so unreal. Throughout those years, I have been married to the love of my life, Keanan, for 14 years and had two amazing boys, 2 and 7 years of age, that keep us on our toes and laughing, most of the time.

We thoroughly enjoy running our wedding and events center. We have big plans for the venue in the next 5 years and we are finishing the new covered patio in the next coming months. Several years ago we made the decision to preserve the property surrounding The Chateau, 40 acres are protected by a conservation easement.

When we are not busy with weddings during the summer season, you’ll find us on the river 🌊 in our raft. Right now, we are hitting the slopes at Bridger 🎿 the first season ever we all will be flying down the mountain together, though one member is in a backpack.

Here are a few of my favorite things
- Diet Coke
- Black Licorice (but not twizzlers)
- Salmon Fly beer is the only adult beverage I enjoy (I’m super picky)
- British tv like Call the Midwife and Downton Abbey
- fav place I have lived is Calella, Spain and Martil Morocco
- Fav places traveled are Koh Samui Thailand, Rome, Tangiers and Tulum Mexico

Fun trip down to our creek at The Chateau Events Center with my Rune bug while prepping for an event. I have been secretly loving the weather with no snow as it makes for a much easier time prepping and working holiday events. No shoveling, no plowing, and no ice melt resulting in the floors having a cloudy white film all over. Special moments!

This year the Bozeman Wedding Showcase will be held at

The Chateau Event Center spreads across 40 acres of land, featuring elegant foliage and carefully manicured gardens. The property is protected under a conservation easement, providing essential habitat for creatures big and small and ensuring a quiet and private setting for your special day. Prepare for your big day in our chic bridal suite and groom’s hideout. These rooms are finely furnished and spacious enough to accommodate each member of your entourage and any hairstylists or makeup artists you may have to help you prepare.

Your wedding ceremony can take place outdoors in one of several ceremony site options, shaded under our towering cottonwood trees, aspen trees, and chokecherry trees. You can exchange your vows in front of the elegant gazebo or quaint bridge, and choose from different archway options.

The Chateau Event Center aims to offer each of its couples a full-service event experience. To honor this, they provide seating, tables, audio-visual equipment, sound system, and wireless microphones for your speeches. All set-up and take-down are managed by thoughtful and careful staff, allowing you to enjoy your wedding day to its fullest.

This can put a bit of a damper on a Ghoulish Fall themed event. But, some fall seasons, we luck out and get a long fall season extending into November.

2023 has been the summer of rain ☔️ am I right? I have never had so many events with rain crashing the party. Whether it’s a light rain coming down on the dance patio with sunny skies above or a three day squall setting in right after the wedding ceremony, rain has been a common theme this season. This weekend’s wedding escaped the 90 degree heat but had to brave some light rain throughout the evening. They chose to embrace the weather and still have their ceremony outside. Our gazebo was perfect for the couple to take refuge in and I handed out umbrellas to guests. We have a few dozen umbrellas on the ready for this exact reason!
