There is a kind of calm that only exists in moments like this.
No rush, no noise, just two people standing still in the middle of Montana, surrounded by the beauty that brought them together.

The wind was soft, the light was golden, and for a few quiet seconds, everything else disappeared. Haley and Brian stood together, completely present, completely in love.

These are the moments I love to capture, the in between ones where love feels effortless and real.

Sometimes, the most powerful moments happen before the first look.

Before Chance and Carolina saw each other, they stood on opposite sides of a barn wall, hands intertwined, hearts steadying, whispering prayers they couldn’t yet share face to face.

And then came this moment. The laughter. The breath of relief. The warmth that fills the room when two souls finally meet in the quiet they’ve been waiting for.

My Story

Hello, my name is Josh Hartmann. I have been dabbling in photography for 10+ years. I love capturing those essential moments. I don’t have a studio yet but prefer to have the photo shoots outdoors since we are in Montana.

My photo shoots are relaxing and fun. I want to make sure that my clients are having a pleasant experience because you can see that emotion in their portraits if the clients are happy and enjoying themselves you can see that happiness in their image.
