Happy Veterans day to our favorite Marine and co-owner! Russell served in the Marines from 2003-07.

He went on 3 deployments to Iraq. During his time there he drove a Humvee for convoy security. They ran convoys for EOD(explosive ordinance disposal) through Fallujah during the largest modern urban battle in history. He went on over 100 convoys down some of the most dangerous roads on earth.

During his second and third deployments he served as a heavy equipment mechanic and helped build IED/mine rollers, gun turrets, installed armor on heavy equipment and lots more. He received a combat meritorious promotion, and Navy Achievement Medal for his hard work.

Russell was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 2007.

Needless to say he's great under pressure when we are setting up all of our clients amazing events.

Gallatin Event Rental is now interviewing for our seasonal crew members! Full and part time positions are available, and the pay is extremely competitive. No experience necessary, we will fully train you to succeed. We are seeking hard working, positive team members who strive for excellence.

Our seasonal crew members primarily work outdoors in some of Montana's most beautiful surroundings setting up event tents, tables, chairs, staging, dance floors and more. It is labor intensive but also challenging and rewarding.

This position is perfect for students seeking a summer job, or anyone looking to fill in some additional hours to increase their annual take home pay.

Job duties include:

Loading and unloading trailers
Field setup (tents, tables, chairs etc)
Warehouse work (cleaning/repairing rentals as needed)

Flashback to that amazing day last year when we got to collaborate with a few of our favorite vendors and meet this awesome couple! I LOVE how soft and romantic this turned out. ⁠

These chairs are fairly new to our inventory and are some of the ORIGINAL from Burger Bob's right here in downtown Bozeman (how cool is that?). We only have a limited amount, but we think they'd be perfect for a microwedding, head table, or small dinner party . ❤

We’re pretty excited that tent season is almost upon us, and this is one of our newbies! It’s a 60’ pole tent, which means that it is 60’ wide and has 30’ mid sections. We can set it up in the following configurations, which means that you could have over 12,000 sf of space for your next tented event! It has tall, sweeping peaks (29’ high to be exact) that truly make a statement.

One of the other perks of this guy is that it only has one pole at each seam, making layouts so easy!

Happy New Year's Eve! Fair warning, this might be a bit long and sappy because it's also our TEN YEAR anniversary! ;)⁠⠀
⁠⠀
I always imagined celebrating this day renewing our vows with our kids and closest friends and family, but life had other plans. We'll have another big celebration again someday, but for now, we're at home in our pajamas and will most likely be asleep by 10! ⠀
⁠⠀
I started dating this guy when I was 18 and never looked back. He asked me when I was going to break up with my current boyfriend and I said very clearly “In your dreams!” We’ve been dreaming pretty much ever since, and I still can’t believe that he chose me! ⠀
⁠⠀
⁠Here are a few of my takeaways from our big day:⠀
⠀
1) Don't Stress! I remember my sister telling me to hurry up and get ready before our ceremony. I had my hair and makeup done but was still in sweats messing with decorations in the reception area. I wasn't worried or stressed in the slightest, and I truly hope that all brides feel that way on their big day! ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
2) Nobody will remember what you DIDN'T have or get done, they will remember how much fun it was to witness you saying “I do”. ⠀
⁠⠀
3) Don't overextend yourself and save money where you can. I wore my mom's dress (even though my parent's have been divorced for 20+ years) and it was THE BEST DECISION. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
3) Hire the professionals! My biggest regret was not hiring an actual photographer on the day of. We were young and cheap, but at least we were smart enough to hire the amazing for day after shots like this one! ⠀

So, Happy Anniversary to my one and only true love! I’m blessed to have him as my partner in business and all things life, even when the roller coaster is all over the place. ❤️

Who is ringing in the New Year with something bubbly? It'll be a mix of champagne and sparkling cider at our house, but regardless of what you fill your glass with, we hope you're celebrating the end of 2020 with those you love! ⁠

And if you need more glasses to toast with, we're open tomorrow (Wednesday) from 10-4 and by appointment only on Thursday and Friday!

Eeek! We have officially survived our first year as the new owners here at Gallatin Event Rental, and what a year it has been!

Where do I even start? First of all, THANK YOU to all of our amazing friends, clients, and supporters. This was a year of transition, and to say that it’s been a roller coaster is an understatement!

We still have so much to learn, and are looking forward to growing this little family business and continuing to make it our own in the years to come. Your feedback and constructive criticism is how we grow, so please keep it coming!

Thanks again for all of your support over the last year, and now here’s to making year #2 even better!
