Summer time favorite---popsicles

Dirty Pirate Popsicles
Ingredients:

2 cups Coca-Cola (flat, leave open overnight to remove carbonation) 🥤
1/4 cup Kahlua 🍹
Popsicle molds 🧊
Wooden popsicle sticks 🍦
Directions:

Add all of the ingredients into a pitcher and stir well. 🥄
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. 🍧
Insert the wooden sticks into the molds. 🍦
Freeze for several hours or overnight. ❄️
To release the popsicles, run hot water for a few seconds on the outside of the mold. 💧

Something that makes us different: We bus tables. We don't just stay behind the bar or in the bar cart. Why is this a big deal? Would you want messy tables in your photos after all the effort that went into beautiful decor? Do you want guests feeling like they need to "clean up" after themselves? It also shows consideration for the waitstaff who may be working under a different company. Sure, we appreciate their help but they have their own services to provide. elevated service provider.

The Launch of The Bar Cart

We have been offering mobile or “catering” bar services for about 10 years. Trending in the last few years has been the mobile pub. They come in all kinds of styles, from converted campers to horse trailers to concession trailers.

We have decided to jump on the bandwagon of mobile pubs by purchasing a Boston Concessions trailer. They are factory produced and come pretty standard in a beige, white and stainless steel combination. Our vision is to create a much more fun and whimsical trailer that will be a statement to your wedding or event.

Watch our page as we transform our trailer unit in 2020 and purchase and revamp other units in 2021. We are a collaboration of Uncle D’s Blazin BBQ~home of Comfort Catering, DWP Events, LLC and The Bar Cart. So whether it’s a food truck, bbq, traditional catering, planning and event management or bar services.....we have you covered with one of our divisions.
