In 1940, Merrill & Louise Cragun started their adventure to be resort owners. Eighty-four years later, Dutch & Irma Cragun have expanded the resort into an iconic vacation destination in the Brainerd Lakes Area.
From the families that have been visiting us for generations to people who are here for the first time, we love that you choose Cragun’s and come for everything that makes our resort special…the mile long sandy beach, time with family and friends, golf, enjoying beach bonfires and creating lasting memories with those that you love.
Over the past several years we’ve undergone a transformative multi-million-dollar renovation into both our resort and golf course, As a part of that investment, we are excited and proud to launch a new chapter today. Holding near to our hearts and keeping traditions, we are proud to launch our new website and brand. These changes at Cragun’s Resort not only preserve our timeless charm, but elevate our guest experience to contemporary standards.
