Nothing is really "difficult" but bistro lighting through the canopy top is labor intense .
It is a beautiful option that lights up the canopies wonderfully!

That CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important factor in being successful. Pick up the phone, get information to clients promptly and communicate expectations for both Party Time's equipment use and meeting the clients needs to be met. Be KIND and always do your best! Be good to your TEAM - they make the company successful!

The weekly schedule of processing equipment, preparing for end of week jobs with Prep tickets, load sheets for trucks and managing staff to handle the workload.
It's like an orchestra- if you miss some of the notes in the music, the end result can flop. Overall daily communcation with our team members is integral to accomplish the delivery of quality product and great service. Our software system allows us to view, plan and schedule our team accordingly.

We celebrated 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙮 earlier this week ✨️ with a special dinner!

These individuals each have their own unique magical powers that make the Party Time Rental team amazing!

The list of setting up an event from start to finish is very long. They all work so hard to get it all done and we couldn't do it without them.

Thank you for all you do!!

The Pohl Children's Foundation is a non profit memorial foundation for Mearan Ruby~Rea Pohl, Bracken Kyle Pohl and Kegan Michael Pohl. All three children passed away from Spinocerebellar Ataxia type 7 (SCA7), a rare genetic disease. Their father, Kyle Pohl also has SCA7 and is considered terminal.
