All in my feels over this wedding. As a photographer I get a front seat and back stage view of the most intimate, emotional and sometimes hilarious moments of your big day.

I laugh when you laugh. Cry when you cry. And try to stress enough so you don’t have to.

I usually leave weddings a little sad because they are over. During the process you became more than clients to me, you became friends.

These two were no exception. It is so apparent how much they are loved and how much they love each other.

Thank you both for inviting me in and allowing me to be a part of your new life together.

I loved getting to hang out with these two at the spot where they got engaged and the land where they will soon build their home.

There’s something special about choosing an intimate location for a session. The dirt below them will be a soft space where they will grow roots and wings.

These pictures are just another reminder of the memories they are creating as one.

Hey friends! It’s me, Jessie, the heart, soul, and neurodivergent brain behind Frolic and Bloom Photography. I feel that an introduction post is long overdue so here it is.

This business started out as a hobby over 6 years ago. I had just started working from home and knew, more than anything, that I needed an outlet to be around people. I landed on photography but it’s you, the people who have always been my real passion. Hearing your stories, being a part of your lives, cheering you on, I have been honored and humbled to have found this path.

I spend most of my days learning with and loving on my three kiddos (we homeschool) and sending memes/reels to my husband (it’s a love language).

I love all kinds of photography and love to collaborate. Hearing your ideas and how excited you are lights me up.

Life-long learning is my jam although the topics and subjects change quickly (currently it’s nutrition, fitness, and sign language).

I’m certain that my purpose on this planet is to encourage others. I love making people feel seen, loved and understood.
