Can I just give a shout out to the amazing vendors that make dream weddings possible? We work 12+ hours on wedding day and so many more throughout the planning process. Literally too many hours to count!

From set up to decorating, from engagement to reception, wedding vendors put in their all. Thank you is not enough. I am so thankful I have vendors that I can count on.

Y’all!!! I know this is a styled shoot but can you imagine an intimate elopement with this vibe!?

So personal and tailored specifically to you. Don’t jive with the retro hot pink look? How about soft blues and whites with a vintage VW bus? Or maybe you love the mountains, you could go total greenery. The possibilities are limitless. I’m full of ideas. Lol!

Did you know I can help you plan that sweet elopement? Let’s talk!

Do you really need the practice?

There are two things I tell my couple to practice before your wedding.
1 - practice cutting the cake
2 - practice that perfect dip and kiss

Both of these really do require practice. You’ve got a few hundred guests staring at you and it takes a bit of coordination to get these things just right. So yes, practice does make perfect! Plus, it’s a good excuse to eat cake and give your future spouse a kiss.

**Hey there! It’s time for a little reintroduction!**

While many of you know me as your go-to wedding planner, there’s so much more to my story. I’m a wife, a mom, a proud KK (that’s grandma for those not in the know!), a daughter, sister, and the best friend you can count on. And let me tell you, I absolutely *love* what I do. It’s more than a job—it’s a passion! I get to meet incredible people, build lasting friendships, and learn new things along the way. The best part? Helping couples turn their wedding day dreams into a reality. From our first chat to their intimate last dance, my mission is simple: make the planning process as stress-free and magical as possible.

But as much as I adore my work, my favorite role is at home. Being a wife, a mom, and KK to the sweetest little boy fills my heart. And with family spread across the country, I get the joy of traveling coast to coast, from visiting my daughter and her crew in sunny California to everywhere in between.

When I’m not busy planning weddings or hopping on a plane, you’ll find me lost in a world of creativity—whether it’s painting, crocheting, working with stained glass, or any craft that lets me create something beautiful with my hands.

A huge shoutout to the incredibly talented and for making me feel like a million bucks! Your artistry is truly inspiring.

There is a part in the ceremony that many couples don’t participate in anymore.

What’s that? The unity element. It can be lighting a candle, pouring sand, praying together. To some couples it is a quiet moment during the ceremony to reflect on what they are doing and some couples would rather not include it. You know what!!! It’s your wedding! Do what you want. Don’t ask your mother’s fifth cousin what they want. Start a new tradition. Honor an existing tradition. It’s totally up to you, the couple getting married.

What are your thoughts on the couples first dance?

I think they can be magical, romantic, even fun! I especially love when a couple picks a very unique song. Emily and Matthew introduced me to a duo that is very unique for a first dance. Check out Their song “Don’t Wanna Be Without Ya” was absolutely perfect for this couple!

Before every wedding I call the venue owner or manager to go over all the details - floorplan, timeline, staffing, etc. I want to make sure we are all set and see if they have any questions. Just the other day I made this call and asked the venue owner if he had any questions and his response was, “Can I just say your attention to detail is amazing. Your timeline was so thorough. Everything was included that I needed to know. I don’t have any questions.”.

That is my goal with every vendor. I want my timeline to speak for itself. I don’t want there to be any doubt with the events of the day. My timeline is pretty precise.

Now here’s where the flexible part comes in. You know as well I as I do that there will be something that will come up that we need to work around. I love love love making changes on the fly and working those changes into our day. I am always prepared with a backup plan.

So, detailed and flexible best describe how I work.
