Good Morning!
Just a few reminders about rentals..

⭕️All sprinkler, gas lines, etc. need to be marked, or home owner needs to know where they are located. We drive stakes into the ground to secure the unit- we are not held responsible if one is hit.
⭕️ We only supply 2 extension cords. They are special heavy duty cords specially for inflatables. This is only 100 FT of cord, therefore the unit needs to be within a 100 FT of your outlet. Anything over 100 FT could blow the blower and your breaker.
⭕️ We do not provide a water hose. The renter is responsible for this. We ONLY provide the hose attached to the inflatable.
⭕️ Lastly, DO NOT MOVE THE INFLATABLE AFTER WE LEAVE. You sign a contract, and it should stay where it is. You will be placed on the do not rent list when we find out.

Please pay attention to the contract you sign at each rental. There is information regarding cleaning fees and mainly what is NOT allowed in the inflatables. Over the last several weeks, we have had SAND (yes… pretty much an entire beach in there), and paint. We will enforce the cleaning fees this year. We have been lenient other years, but this is getting out of hand. We have worked hard for this company to be successful and refuse to let others trash our bounce houses.

As always…. We are thankful for the ones who are responsible renters. We couldn’t do this without you! 😉
