Led by the highest ranked coaches in the state, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit serves as a resource for anyone looking to compete in Olympic weightlifting or powerlifting meets. We also run two youth programs and help athletes of all sports improve their performance on and off the field. Our doors are open to anyone aged 6 and up. As the hosts of the first ever USAW meets in the state, we strive for excellence in all of our endeavors. This includes hosting local meets across the state, working one on one with sports teams and other coaches, and hosting clinics for gyms across the Region.
