Hard truth: POLE DANCING IS DIFFICULT. You could have the best teacher, equipment and space and it is still just as difficult when you are brand new. You WILL improve in strength, coordination and confidence if you keep trying. It might not happen in a few classes, it could take months but there is a silver lining! Give yourself the chance and commitment to really try and we know you will be pleasantly surprised.
We still have room in the upcoming 4 week courses if you are a person who has a schedule that can attend weekly classes.

Dancers and movers, we ALL need this! Try it even if you feel weird at first, it will be good for you to move your body while we are working through high stress levels these next few days. Welcome to the Impulse Brandon Teacher Team, Jesse!

Jesse Keeton is a certified PFA Level 1 Pole Fitness Instructor from the Brandon area, known for her fun and energetic teaching style. She began her pole fitness journey in 2021 and aims to create a fun and supportive environment where students of all levels feel empowered to explore their strength and creativity. Outside of pole fitness, Jesse loves playing video games on her Nintendo Switch, especially the Legend of Zelda series. Whether someone is just starting out or looking to enhance their skills, Jesse provides guidance with encouragement and enthusiasm. Join Jesse's class for a fun and rewarding pole fitness experience!

Lessons in Loss - Hurricane Edition:
There were two types of people at Lowe's today. Those looking for supplies to manage personal belongings, property and comfort after Hurricane damages and those that were checking out Halloween & Christmas decorations and having fun. It is possible some unicorns did both. It got us thinking, this loss is visible and somewhat collective, you know your neighbors also suffered x, y, z but what about loss that isn't shared or visible? You could be behind someone in line that just lost a loved one, a pet, or is struggling everyday. You may not be taking selfies with the Zombie and making them feel (unintentionally) sh*tty but you literally never know what the person next to you could be going through on any particular day. Sharing kindness and even just a smile can go a very long way. Stay strong everyone and we will post resources as we see them on our stories. The studios suffered no damage so if you are ready for some stress relieving movement we would love to help you release
