HERE COMES THE LOBSTERMOBILE
With everything on board to cook and serve your meal. We have se
rved on rooftops, yachts, board rooms, marinas, backyards, offices ... parking lots. We arrive about an hour before service, set up our gear, and are ready to serve. We serve buffet style from service tables close to your dining tables. WE DO IT ALL ... ON TIME & WITH PANACHE! We bring everything necessarywith everything required ... and we take our trash with us when we leave. We use Chinet tableware and high-quality disposable cutlery.

No problem, you will be well served by our “Lobsters to Go-Go” division! In that case, we will prepare your meals at our commissary and bring them to the site fully-cooked, ready-to-serve in thermal carriers at the appointed hour. Generally, we restrict the menu to our lobster entrees, rather than steaks, etc. But, who knows, we like a challenge as much as the next guy. RAIN OR SHINE, YOU’LL HAVE A BALL! We prepare all food out of doors, and carry our own tent for service. Many customers elect to rent a tent, table and chairs (we’ll handle the arrangements), to provide for either inclement weather or to provide shade. We can set up our service tables wherever you want, not necessarily proximate to the cooking operation. We prefer to grille them, but steaming is OK, too. Seriously, we also offer hamburgers and hot dogs, primarily for younger guests, which are priced lower, and typically do not include clams and chowder. WHAT DON’T WE DO? We do not provide table service, but our servers bus the tables and manage the flow of courses. We do not provide beverages, although we can provide a bartender, who will dispense your beverages. We require no electricity, although a nearby hose is very handy. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW? We serve year-round, weekdays and weekends. Holiday weekends and Saturday evenings fill up first.
