The Nest Concert Venue A cozy, intimate venue focused on growing the original songwriting community in Southwest Missouri.

When Tom and Andrea Brett opened a beautiful new medical office in the heart of Branson, they noticed a special conference room that wasn't living up to its potential. As musicians and songwriters, and hosts to many "jam jams" in the basement of their own home, they began to envision this space as a venue for aspiring artists who might be intimidated by large stages, but need a place to hone their

craft. They also realized that there are many professional musicians who would love a small, intimate place to share their music - where they could be more personal with their audience. Inspired by the rustic decor of their beautiful clinic in the Ozarks, and the concept of a nest being a place to be nurtured in, fly away from, and return to, the name "The Nest," was born. The Nest is a cozy, intimate venue focused on growing the original songwriting community in Southwest Missouri. We host full length concerts for singer/songwriters, “Jam Jams” for songwriters to share their works in progress, “Writers Round" concerts featuring original songs and stories by 3-4 artists, and various other concerts and events. The Nest also partners with the “Hooked” Songwriting Contest Competition - Southwest Missouri’s premiere songwriting contest.

Tom and Andrea Brett, the owners & visionaries behind The Nest, shared the stages of Branson with their three children for over 20 years, producing and performing in The Bretts Show. But long before their stage career with their family, they discovered their shared love of music when they sang a duet together on their first date. That was over 45 years ago. The rest, as they say, is history.

On Saturday evening, February 15th, Tom and Andrea Brett will take The Nest stage and go back to their roots as they commemorate the season of love in a special concert. With their favorite music, personal anecdotes, dedications, and even a few surprises, Tom and Andrea will celebrate the magic and complexity of that crazy little thing called love!

Dear Friends,

Due to snow in the forecast, and how dicey the roads can get in the Ozarks, we’ve made the tough decision to postpone the Perfect Day Album Release Listening Party, originally scheduled for Thursday, January 9. Your safety is our top priority, and we didn’t want to take any chances with the winter weather.

It looks like we’ve got clearer days coming, so we grabbed the first available date! We hope you’ll join us instead on Monday, January 13th, as we celebrate the release of this special album! We will still be at The Nest at 7:30 pm, and we’re still looking forward to sharing an unforgettable evening with all of you.

If you made reservations and you are not able to come on Monday, please let us know as soon as possible. And we are so sorry! We will miss you!

Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see you on Monday! Stay cozy and safe and make yourselves some hot cocoa!
