There's a new "Ramance" in town! Green Mountain Ramen is partnering with the Heart Rose Club to serve delicious food on Friday, February 28!

February 28 from 4-8 pm. Dine in or Take Out.
+ the Gold Bar will be open for drinks from 4-9!

Here's the menu, which has our stomachs rumbling already:

#1 Tonkotsu Ramen: Rich, savory Pork and Chicken bone broth, layered with succulent chashu pork belly, a perfectly seasoned boiled egg, crisp cabbage, fresh bean sprouts, and chopped scallions. Finished with a garnish of tangy pickled daikon, infused with a touch of fish sauce for depth and umami.

#2 Tan Tan Ramen: Rich, savory Pork and Chicken bone broth, layered with spicy tan tan ground pork, a perfectly seasoned boiled egg, crisp cabbage, fresh bean sprouts, and chopped scallions. Finished with a garnish of tangy pickled daikon, infused with a touch of fish sauce for depth and umami.

#3 Vegan mushroom broth topped with Marinated and baked tofu, *Seasoned boiled egg, Baked Tempeh, Crisp cabbage, Fresh bean sprouts, Chopped scallions and topped with Carrot and Garlic Crown.

🧂 what is a GROUP SHAKE? 🧂

✨ a shake is a durational 1 hour solo practice done collectively (in a group)
✨ wiggle, shake, bounce, rock to a dynamic playlist!
✨ shake practice can be accessed by any body- there is no wrong way to shake! (the space is wheelchair accessible)
✨ no experience necessary
✨ shaking is not a form of dance (tho dancing is welcome)
✨ shaking helps: release stuck energy & emotion, access embodiment, discharge excess heat & emotion, wake up the senses, regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, experience connection with others while staying connected to self.
